“The service was fine and plates arrived promptly and well packaged with all fixings. Quality of the plates is very good. I was a bit disappointed in that the honeycomb finish I found too reflective, I thought I was getting a flat honeycomb look. It would be good if you could see images of the various finishes on the website so that you could see how they actually come out. Other wise good service - really like the wide range of Euro badge options especially Euro Black GB which helps keep the black theme on my Cooper S”

“I have bought plates from you on a couple of occasions and am always pleased with the results. The only down side on this occasion was that I ordered the plates on a Friday morning, and paid extra for next day delivery (which stated includes Saturdays), because mine were stolen and desperately needed new plates. Unfortunately the plates didn't arrive until Monday. So really I probably could have left them on standard delivery and still got them the same time.”

“Easy to use and delivery time was excellent. However, no stick strips came with the plates, which meant I had to go and buy some strips which added to the overall cost. The extra cost of enclosing these strips would be negligible to your goodselves, as part of the package. A little disappointing and obviously infuriating.”

Good Morning John, Thank you for your feedback, I have looked at your order and see that you entered 2 spaces on your reg at different points, I can confirm that all spacing is as standard both when a space is entered as well as the spacing between digits.. I can confirm that your order was processed and manufactured as per your design, it is the responsibility of the person designing the plate to ensure the spaces are entered according to requirements, this would have also been clearly display on our plate designer page before proceeding with the order. “Excellent service. Easy to use website. Good quality plate delivered in record time. Only quibble, could have done with mounting instructions. My handyman husband who is very good at such things said he would have appreciated some guidance.”

Hi Tony, Thanks for your feedback, having looked at your order I can see that you entered a space before the first digit on the front plate this would have been displayed on the plate designer. It is up to the person designing the plate to ensure that it is done according to their requirements as they are run through our automated system and printed accordingly. “Hi, Thank you for response explaining the spacing. I understand and agree. Apologies for misunderstanding Hi Guys, I wasn`t going to bother you,I was just going to buy new plates, however this correspondence has prompted me I was not happy with my plates. The space between the F & J is not correct.The space is too big. I requested standard plates with standard spacing.”

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order and I can confirm that the spacing between the F and the J is indeed the standard spacing. This is due to to an optical illusion due to shape of the letter J and if you measure from the far left point at the bottom of the J to the far right pint of the F you will find that the space is the same as between the other digits. “Very good quick service, just make sure you get any extras such as Logo's, Flags etc right 1st time as once the order goes in it can't be changed if you want alterations”

When carrying out the design on our plate builder page all your options are clearly displayed on the left hand side allowing you to see exactly what you are designing, we can of course carry out a design service if this is what you required. As you did not choose this option your order was simply processed according to your design. Once orders are processed and manufactured to your specifications they can not be cancelled, being a bespoke product these can not be resold to anyone else, I am sure you can appreciate this.
