“I buy all my tarps at Mytee, and this set was going to be my last as the quality on my past tarps was not very good seems were falling apart after about the 3rd use etc, but this set looks a lot more higher quality, they are not light weight as they weigh 110lbs each being the 27ft 8ft drops, only thing I don’t like is the Free advertising mytee gets when I use them as they have their logo on them which will be spray painted black to match the rest of the tarp”

“I have not installed my mesh tarp yet as a sunscreen but I am very sure it will be great and last for several seasons. Great quality in appearance. I would really recommend this product even though I have yet to install it. I have tried bamboo sunscreens with little luck. With the 4 sided attachment I am very hopeful and it should look really good.”

“This company is a complete scam and customer service/the support team never assists me. I’m always being responded with an automated message that never answers any of my questions. I’m completely frustrated. I purchased a Mother’s Day tee after their website advertised shipment within 5 days. It was not until AFTER purchase that I was notified between 5-15 days. It is now day 16 and my product is still “printing,” which I was told 24-48 hours after I made the purchase. I’ve contacted the support team/customer service on 4 separate occasions to either request a refund or cancel my order and consistently being told I cannot cancel due to product already being printed. If I ask a question about how long until shipment or any additional question outside of their automated responses, I’m either completely ignored or they send an automated apology email that says, “ Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are sent to production shortly after the order is placed. As your order has already entered the production process, we are unfortunately unable to cancel at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” My last two emails to them requested a refund of my order, as well as a description of my experience (NOT asking to cancel), and this is the response I continue to get. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!”

I believe you have the wrong company. We sell trucking supplies not t-shirts. I think you're trying to reach Mytee.com or createmytee.com. I'm sorry for the confusion and hope you can get this resolved.
