“I don’t buy from this company customer service with his company I spent over $1400 with them FedEx says they supposedly delivered the item which they did not because there was somebody home at my house the whole time and now the cops service tells me there’s nothing they can do about replacing the item or reimbursing the money by local you won’t get screwed”

“I am pleased with the quality of this product, however, it was missing the bolts needed to put it together. After a phone call, I was instructed to take pictures of what I received and send them in. Doing this in my opinion would have been just of my time. What was the point? She explained to me that once she received the pictures she could pass them on to somebody else. If they took a little more care and attention to be sure everything was in the box would be better for all. I went to the box store and purchased what I needed.”

“We bought two mesh tarps as a pergola shade, and after several years in the Colorado sun, the edges began to fray, so we bought two more this year. They are terrific! Can't beat the price for the quality and durability. My only disappointment is, since we double-layer them, it would be nice if the grommets were uniformly spaced, so we could run the hooks through both layers together. That's only a problem because they are double-layered for our purpose, though. Other than that, the tarps are ideal and a real bargain. Our handyman liked them and asked where we got them, so I referred him to Mytee.”

“They shorted my product which I paid for. Bungee Straps and my glad hand extension handles. The customer service agent told me to send boxes of product that were. I need product or refund.”

“Basically good product with a few issues regarding no directions, shortage of hardware, hardware too short for the assembly and poor packaging. Missing parts which mytee quickly supplied. End of the day, the cover is installed and working well.”

“I recently purchased a 7x12 tarp kit for my dump trailer. Quality of tarp is very good, assembly was next to impossible, had to get longer bolts to mount tarp to roller, the bolts supplied were to short to slide into channel while on the tarp. Looking for a longer tarp, the 12 foot tarp is too short for my 12 foot trailer( about 13 inches) so if I have the load heaped a little over the sides of the trailer the tarp is not covering the entire load.”
