“Most things I have ordered have worked out very well, and I am pleased overall. The only complaint is with the orange safety flags. Both the mesh and the jersey are good for about 3 or 4 deliveries before the y shred on the edges. I have tried using Gorilla tape around the edges to no avail. They end up shredding above the tape line.”

“I bought many of the strap winders. The only problem I had is one has a bit of a weld in it where I had to ream it with a drill to get it put together”

“UPDATE: I was contacted back by the original representative which honored the original agreement. Its only fair that I make sure its known that her word was kept I received the additional 12 today. I appreciate you working to resolve and make good on this issue... THANK YOU. Re: With my 1st purchase Mytee got the order wrong I purchased 24 blankets, however they sent 12 of a different type of blanket. It turns out the ones they sent me cost more then the ones I ordered which I didn't know at the time I received them that the quantity was wrong. I used the blankets and realized there were just 12 in the bundle. I reached out to them and they agreed it was an error on their end, when speaking to a representative on the phone. She apologized that they made this error and said she would send me 12 of the original blankets I ordered and we would be even so as not to inconvenience me the customer for the company error. I thought that was good customer service and worth sticking with the company. However the next day a different representative of the company emails me to say they would not honor the agreed upon arrangement. This is a POOR example of a customer obsession/service, I won't do business with them again, the word of the representatives means nothing obviously. I can find what I need from plenty of other businesses that will get it right the 1st time.”

“My order was filled and shipped in a timely matter, good quality product! Only issue I had with the order was I was sent 9 trailer stake tie downs with good pins and one with a smaller pin and was missing 2 cotter pins. Called about the different pin and was asked to send a pic which I did and they would send a new one which was sent sent in timely matter but was sent another wrong pin. Sent another pic of what the other 9 had but havent heard anything about it! Have some concerns with packaging!!”

“I am pleased with the quality of this product, however, it was missing the bolts needed to put it together. After a phone call, I was instructed to take pictures of what I received and send them in. Doing this in my opinion would have been just of my time. What was the point? She explained to me that once she received the pictures she could pass them on to somebody else. If they took a little more care and attention to be sure everything was in the box would be better for all. I went to the box store and purchased what I needed.”

“I always use Mytee products for my flatbed securement needs and 99% of the time I'm very satisfied. I will say this is the 1% that am less than satisfied and only reason is because I just bought some 2” ratchet straps with flat hooks and the flat hooks are off. And by that I mean they aren’t bent enough to feel secure on the rub rail so they usually just slide off with any slack. This is the only complaint I have in 3 years using Mytee products!”
