“The trailer cover came in on time. It fit like a glove. Although the instructions are very good, you do have to take a minute to think how the parts go together. After that it is a very easy task. The quality is excellent on both the metal parts and the tarp that goes with them.”

“I never received the product. I was told there were a certain amount in stock and then just received a refund without any follow up call. I then called back and they said they would tell me how many they had in stock and never received a call back, received my refund but never received any information on the product that I need.”

“i tried ordering a set of 6ft parachute tarps in blue on Amazon and they where out of stock and then i went directly to your website and ordered them in black I received confirmation and received an email saying my order had been shipped the next day only to get another email 3days later from Jeff saying the black ones where also out of stock and didn't know when you would get them back in stock. so yes I'm very disappointed with your service,website and representative Jeff had the nerves to ask that if i wanted they can hold on to my order (money) until you had them back in stock but didn't know when they will be back in stock. wow just wow and the sadest part is here we are over a week after i placed my order and your website is still showing them IN STOCK”

“We ordered two 50x50 shade screens from this company for our small family owned music venue. We had to return due to city wanting engineer reports to install. They were very kind on the phone and how to return. Package was Never Opened! We spent $800.00 on this order. She said it would cost $45.00 to return shipping. We took to location to ship back with packages still how it was delivered to us! We received email from them stating funds returned was $200. LESS! We called and she said Products was “damaged” during transit and had to go in WASTE BIN!!!! A 50x50 shade screen that was NEVER OPENED!?! Seriously came to us shipped great! Returned to them destroyed????? How convenient for them! Please do not buy from this company! Very dishonest and take peoples money. We were needing to order smaller screens but not from them. If I could give zero stars I would!”

Following your call, a member of our Customer Service team consulted with our Returns department and discovered that the tarps were not damaged. It appears that an incorrect order was referenced when the return was processed. I regret this oversight and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We have processed a refund for the remaining difference, which was issued to you this morning. Kindly check your email for confirmation of your refund. “The ratchet winches I purchased from Mytee products are great so they are built heavy duty and so far I haven’t had any failures. Shipping was fast and I feel that I received a great quality product for the cost.”
