“My order did not arrive on time. However, The Mytee Team reached out to me to inform me that their operations were in the process of moving warehouses. They promised to get it out within the next day, and, they did. A pleasure to do business with MyTee and their customer service team, very helpful and very professional. Product was outstanding and would definately reccomend MyTee products.”

“They sent the wrong tarp that I ordered, I got a 16-20. I'm still waiting for a return label.”

“Placed an order Aug 10 email said I would receive order Aug 15 receive an email Aug 13 saying shipped didn't receive nomore update until I called mytee products on the 17 notifying them that I still haven't received my order then two hours later after I called I received an email that my order is being processed for shipping so you lied that my order was shipped on the 13th today on August 18 that my order has shipped and estimate delivery is August 22 so we will see if I don't receive it then I'm canceling the whole order”

“Straps seem like a decent product for the price. I called 10 minutes after an online order to try and add an item and was told that was not possible. Then it was 5 business days later before the Fed Ex tracking number even started moving.”
