“Maine residents here - Our first visit to Mytee Products after a 17 hour drive was far from average. Two lovely ladies Amy & Shannon greeted us with warm welcomes, fantastic hospitality and was super knowledgeable around products and recommendations. They found everything we were looking for and also new recommendations to try. By far the best group of workers, Fast service, smart people- competitive prices- we will be back again for supplies for our business.”

“Amazon fulfilled an order for me of Mytee products. The order was poorly packaged and couldn't send me the needed parts. Mytee sent me the parts immediately even though it was not their issue to correct!”

“I purchased the rubber rope they sold on E-bay. After using it outside it started breaking after a couple of months. All ends showed weather checking. The company said it was only warranted for 30 days and would not provide a refund. Even cheap fleet bungees last longer than this. If your not going to stand behind a product you sell, which is still advertised on E-bay, your probably not going to stand behind the other junk you sell. My advice, find a different company to do business with, I'll never be back.”

We do have a 90 day manufacturing warranty, so I do apologize if someone told you 30 days. I was able to locate an order from May of last year for you so in this instance it would not qualify for a warranty replacement. If by chance you have a different order please let me know and we can look further into your request. Again I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

“I purchased two 8' x 12' Clear Vinyl Tarp, 22 oz Vinylclear vinyl tarps. According to Mytee's web site these were wind resistant and able to withstand temperatures down to -34 degrees. We had winds of 30 to 35 mph and temperatures of -9 degrees, this combination of weather destroyed both traps. Other tarps I had outside in this weather condition survived. I sent pictures of the damage to Mytee and was told the warranty only applied to the tarp border and eyelets, it did not apply to the vinyl. The companies website states made in the USA yet the delivery box clearly has made in China stamped on it.”

“We ordered a heavy tarp as well as Rachel straps that were shipped to the wrong address, when we called them to point out the mistake they charged us a 21.00 address change fee. Then turned around and charged it a second time! It’s sad because we spend 1000s with that company and have recommended them to others. As of now we will never do business with them again nor will we recommend them again. Their customer service spoke loud and clear about the company! I highly suggest you think twice before ordering from them!”
