“This fall we put the blue tie down straps to the test to hold down our big tents during corn maze season. We had no problem and they held tight. We have now purchased some chain binders and Shannon was very helpful in showing us product and helping to make our decision.”

“I have purchased this brand in the past (2016 til now) and I thought it was a good brand. So I purchase more in Sept 2022 by Nov. most were bad. Out of 10 I may have 2 that's not real bad. That's with using edge protectors. The quality of these straps has changed or needs to. After spending almost 200 for a box in September, I had to buy more in December. That's not good.”

“The web site only works to find the product you looking for. But try and create an account and purchase a tarp using the easy pay plan and the web site doesn't offer the easy pay at checkout. I tried every way I could and could never get it to work. So much for saving time, now I have to call to make the purchase. I even tried to set up an account and that didn't work and the site never recognized that I had set up an account. What a worthless web site.”

“I previously posted a review about a Columbus McKinnon hand winch that was advertised as Made in USA but really made in China. MyTee researched, responded, and removed the item from their store. They acknowledged that it was misrepresented and gave me a nice discount to keep the product. Totally satisfied with the way they handled this. The manager completely understood my frustration and made it right. Great Job!!!”

“I have ordered a number of items for MyTee and have been very pleased with their customer service and speed infilling orders. Most recently, I purchased tire chains and one of the things I really like about MyTee is that they make a point of highlighting American made products. It makes it easy to support American buisnesses. Their staff is great about answering questions and putting forth extra effort to make sure you are satisfied.”

“I’m overwhelmed by how heavy this cargo net is. No doubt it’ll hold what it’s put over. In my case it’s firewood I real wanted something sturdy with D rings Mytee didn’t disappoint.”

“This company has zero customer service. I placed an order online and received the standard auto-reply email. A day or two later I received an email stating my order was complete and shipped (it even included a tracking number). Two more days pass and I get an email saying what I ordered was out of stock... ??What?? It already shipped. I called and am informed that though the computer showed an inventory count of 12, the warehouse had none. (But I was told it shipped already!?!?) Well, no. AND, they can "substitute" the next bigger size but I have to pay more for it. Substitute with a charge??? HOW PATHETIC IS THIS COMPANY?!! I said I wanted to speak to [her] supervisor... She is out to lunch, will call me back. After nearly two hours, I called again and "Oh, yeah...". Now the supervisor is in a meeting and will call me. MYASS! Just cancel my already shipped order and make sure I get a full refund. I will be spreading the word Far-And-Wide, "Do Not support Mytee or their products."”

I'm sorry you feel this way. Everything that Alexis was telling is true. I was on lunch at the time of your call and was in a meeting when I came back, so please don't feel like she was lying to you. I was tied up. Our system auto-generates the labels and when the warehouse goes to pick the item to ship that's when they tell us there is an issue and the inventory is not correct. We process orders within 2-3 business days so we are not too late in letting you know it's just the label response can be confusing. We don't like it when this happens just as much as you. This type of situation doesn't happen everyday and we try to let our customers know as soon as possible when an issue arises and it's unfortunate that it happened to your order. We have refunded your order and your funds should be to your account within 1-2 business day.

“I am a "prop dad." I build props for my daughter's high school marching band. Our band recently bought a 53 foot enclosed trailer for hauling equipment. It was an empty shell. We knew nothing of customizing a trailer. After some googling, we thought it would be cool to use E-track to make the design more flexible. The problem: price. E-track is super expensive. At least until we found Mytee Products. Their prices are unbeatable. Shipping, while not cheap, was reasonable...especially for a big order. Also, the order arrived in just one week! The quality of the E-track products appears to be top notch. Very solid. We will not hesitate to have our kids loading and unloading onto the platform we built with E-track load bars. Additionally, once we started building out the trailer, we realized that we only received 20 out of an order of 50 of one part. We should have checked when the order arrived, but the parts were in a box. Anyway, a few weeks after delivery, we contacted Mytee about the missing parts. They very quickly shipped them to us FedEx 2-day delivery and we had the parts in time to finish our build. We are very happy with Mytee Products and will return there for all of our trucking needs.”

“Purchased the Tarp exactly 2 years ago, through the little rain, and Blazing Heat we're getting in California, it's held up Great, it's faded a little, but I'm not having to replace it like the plastic tarps (Depending on the weather) every 6 to 8 months, maybe a year, this is the Large Tarp 20'x30' - Excellent Product worth the investment.”
