“after 4th of July, we open the package that prepare for use, we found a little hole on the 1 of 3 tarp, some one can help to resolve the problem?”

Hong, Please send us a picture of the tarp with the hole as well as a good image of the hole itself. I will also need you to send a copy of the packaging slip that came in the package. You will send this to customerservice@myteeproducts.com Once we have recieved this we contact you about shipping this back to us. “Really nice 10x12 tarp! And the finished measurements are as stated which is why I spent my money here. Also kudos for shipping it in a plastic bag so it's not over packaged. I would buy it again in a heartbeat, but I doubt I'll have to. Thanks.”

“I purchased four of the Zinc coated Stake Pocket D-Rings. They were received in great condition and packaged adequately. The fit in my H&H trailer is perfect. They slide right in with no clearance issues. Based on the height of my trailer stake pockets (3-1/2"), I knew in advance that I would not be able to use the first set of holes since they start at 3-1/4". However, Mytee manufactured these with two sets of holes, so they worked fine. I have recommended these to a friend of mine, who will most likely purchase a couple. I would definitely buy these again.”

“It isn’t water proof and it fades in the sun quickly”

This tarp is not advertised as water proof, it is water resistant. That means that if it water does pool on it, eventually it will seep through. I think a better option tarp for this need would have been SKU : SMT1012.

Joey, I wish I could speak more to this however I can only see that the tracking shows, at this point, you have received your packages. As for any experience you had talking to someone at the office, we will address that as we do not want that perception to become our reality.
