“I spent 20.00plus 10.50 for shipping and it did not work on my vinyl swimming pool liner. Thought it worked on vinyl. Very disappointed”

We apologize this product didn't perform as it should have for you. Sometimes, depending on the chemicals used to treat the pool, it can weaken the bond of the glue making it ineffective.

“Order was received timely but upon opening the box, the smell was so bad I had to set the box outside to air out. It smelled really strong of insecticide and the product still has a very strong odor. The products received appeared to be in good order and what we needed but the odor is unacceptable.”

“I ordered a tarp. You guys took the $$ from my account. Then cancelled the order, and none of you know why. Then I lost a $1,300 load I had booked because I didn’t have the tarp.... feel free to contact me if you wanna help with that. 304-785-5609”

Adam, we do apologize for the inconvenience. At the time of online checkout, we retrieved the order and found you had selected instore pick up. When we downloaded your order, it was then set aside in our warehouse pending your arrival. So this item was not shipped until you called in to say it had never arrived. At that time, 6/18, we created shipping and sent the tarp to you. Inadvertently, you actually weren't charged any shipping at all. Therefore, you actually got a discount.

We apologize for any inconvenience as this product didn't meet your need. It is a 70% shade tarp, therefore it does not block the sun entirely. We have included a picture of the sun shown through the tarp which is in the listing.

“I placed my order three weeks before Father's Day and my two coffee mugs were delivered MANY DAYS AFTER Father's Day. I emailed them regarding my delayed order, days before it was delivered to my house, and wish to cancel the order since I had no need for them if they were not to arrive on time for Father's Day but they refused to cancel my order or refund my purchase even though THEY ARE THE ONES AT FAULT for not delivering my product on time, which I placed WAY in advance giving them enough time to complete the order on time. WORST COMPANY POLICIES.”

“I purchased to 50 pack of 15" double open hook straps to replace the webbing in a patio rocking chair. They worked very well and now would like to know what tool to use to close the inside strap hooks. I had to turn all the hooks to face the same way so if one of the closed hook sets were modified that way they could be used as strap replacements. Should make a desperate line of these replacements...red ,white or blue as they are stronger than usual replacment strap kits. Great product ...will recommend to others for their tie down needs.”
