We are working on this problem for you. We hope the delivery driver is not a reflection on us nor our product. Accidents happen but we are still working to correct this for you with the delivery service.

“The product color I ordered was out of stock and I agreed to another color. I received the order as stated. Product is perfect, however I am disappointed that the product is out of stock completely. I need more and customer service had no idea when I could get more.”

“I've purchased several items over the years for my flatbed operation from securement devices on up. I recently purchased a set of lightweight lumber tarps. The tarps are awesome to work with and they look sharp as well. As always the ordering process and shipping process was top notch!”

“I bought a tarp to hang in the air above my pool to shade it and keep the temperature down while still giving adequate room to swim! I love it! The tarp is mesh and allows air to go through it without ripping and blocks 70% of the sun. my tarp is 30' x 20' with the grommets set at 2' apart on all sides. I need the grommets set at 5' apart along the 30' long sides to match my anchors in the concrete and my eyebolts along my frame. Can you help?”

Thank you for letting us know how this is working out for you. It's a very interesting use of the tarps. As for needing the grommets a certain distance away, this would be getting into custom tarp territory. We would have to email you our form to fill out so we can send it to our maker to then get your pricing and manufacturing times.

“Is the worst service i have expect. They wanted to charge more money to correct the shipping address FEDEX tell me that they will charge 1 package and MAYTEE said that they will charge for 3 packages when they sending one. The lady on the phone hang up the phone when i was making the complaint. And so on. Overall be careful with this company. I don't recommend this company.”

When a wrong address is given we need to collect the shipping cost involved as FedEx is charging this fee. If you speak to FedEx they will tell you the same thing. We tried to help the best we can and offered other options to you so you wouldn't have to pay. At the same time we can not tolerate being screamed at when we are trying to help you. Im sorry this is not working out but we did try to help you.
