“Ordering went smooth and all down hill from there. Didnt have the items on hand that the website said they did. Price kept going up as I talked to the salesman.”

“My binders came in very promptly. But my shackles were delayed. Was told they were to be shipped then told they had to find them. By looking at other warehouses. Website said if I ordered in a certain amount of time they'd ship that day. I had to leave to go back to work and they didn't come in until the next day. Very upset with that. Could've at least upgraded the shipping.”

Shawn, we are glad you got your binders quickly. However, this order doesn't contain any shackles. So as for your experience with that, I cannot speak to it. As to our shipping, our website states that we ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. If you would like more information, please give us a call at 888-705-8277 M-F 8:30-6:30 & Sat 8:30-1:30.

“Just used this tarp on a 1200 mile trip through high winds and rain. Best tarp I have ever used, no holes, made well. I got the 12x20 with the D rings which really work well for varying size loads. Would definitely recommend !”

“The ratcheting turnbuckle I ordered was very strong and exactly what I expected. However it just showed up on my door steps. No email came to let me know when to expect it although my order confirmation email said I would get one letting me know when it ships so that I can track it.”
