“I'd love to give a review of the products, but after 2 weeks and no product, that's impossible to do. For a store within 4 hours of me, and charging me state sales tax, I wouldn't think it would take 2 weeks to get. The first order was out of stock, and the second order says it hasn't shipped yet. No wonder the prices were too good to be true. I'll re-review once/if they arrive.”

“I purchased 30 /24 inch wardrobe bars but only recieved 29. After emailing your customer care dept about the short order asked them to mail me the missing bar , your customer care dept emailed me back and said that your warehouse only ships out a minimum of 10 wardrobe bars out . I'm very disappointed as it's your warehouse personals fault for miscounting the bars and shipping the order, while I still paid for 30 bars and the delivery fee.”

“I really need the other parts I ordered, I received a refund because they are out of stock until may, but the website allowed me to purchase. Please have a large stock in May, we need a couple extra rollers for our machines on the farm. We are not dealers”

“I have a problem with your 5/16 x 20 chain and your 5/16x16ft chain if i order some of both the BAGS are not MARKED on their Length can you fix this”

“Mytee Products offers some of the best prices out there — very affordable compared to other suppliers. However, shipping can be hit or miss. My order was missing large items that clearly weren’t packed, and resolving it took longer than expected due to a slow claim process. If you’re not in a rush, the savings might be worth it. Just be prepared for potential delays.”

“The product is awesome, my only issue was during the ordering process. I ended up getting too many orders. This problem stems from a mix up during ordering. When a person makes an order your site states they would send a confirmation by email. I never got this so I was concerned that the order didn't go through. I waited several days with no email. This led me to reorder. The same scenario played out. Then I tried to find a way to cancel and start over. I couldn't find any way to stop the orders. So I tried a third time. Just a bit later I did get an email confirming the order went through. At this time I was cautiously optimistic. Then I started getting multiple responses of products being shipped. Even this was confusing because order and shipping numbers didn't match. It was now I suspected I probably hand three orders heading my way. I also looked for any way to stop one of the orders....I only need two boxes not three. I was unsuccessful. Now I definitely have three boxes of 8. Again product is great...the issues with ordering are a problem.”

“Hello all I did receive 2 products from you recently 20 air vents. And a leveler for our conex box. They will not be used until 2 nd week of May. At our camp . Thank you for the products .I'm sure I'll be ordering something else down the line. Possibly a reasonably priced exhaust fan as it's closed up alot. John r goins.”

“i ordered 10 trailer winches. after i recieved them, 4 of them were not what i had ordered. i sent them back. it has been 30 days from when i originally ordered and i still do not have my correct winches. I have loads that i need these parts for and i am unable to deliver them until i get the proper winches.”
