“2nch I ordered winches, corner protectors and cople chain links. I was supposed to receive 40 corner protectors and received only 36, 4 short. For my new load line contract crucial to have 2 trucks with corners for 10pallets 20corners each. Customer service wrote to me that the investigation will take 7-10 business days. It's ot my fault that either fedex or mytee messed up. Why am supposed to backorder my business as it not my fault. I provided photo of the count that has been delivered. No money back nor replacement!! Very frustrating!”

“I purchased the black poly quarter fenders and within a week 1 was gone and the other on the way to being gone. They both broke off in pieces like they were brittle pieces of plastic. Customer support told me I didn’t follow installation instructions. Number one it’s not hard to install, number two there are no instructions to follow, which by the way I didn’t need. As you can see in one of the pictures there is a bungee that the gentleman at customer support told me that will not hold the bracket tight enough like I told him that bungee was just hooked in there to hold an item tight to the frame. So all in all do not spend your money on this item as you will have the box longer than the item lasts.”

Pretty much a one-stop shop if you’re in the industry. I like being able to grab everything I need from one place. 💰 Pricing: Honestly, the prices are really competitive. I’ve compared them to some local suppliers and even other online stores, and Mytee often comes out cheaper — especially when they’ve got deals going on. 🚚 Shipping: Shipping is usually pretty quick. 📞 Customer Service: Customer service has been great for me overall. They responded when I had a mix-up with an order, but it did take a couple of follow-ups to get everything sorted. Eventually, they made it right, so no major complaints — just be persistent if you run into an issue. 🧰 Product Quality: So far, the quality has been solid. The ratchet straps I ordered were sturdy, and the tarp held up through a nasty rainstorm. “I have watched you guys grow from a small company, selling cheap gear, to a larger company selling quality stuff. Kind of like Taurus who started out much the same way, and has grown into a very reputable company, known for quality. You guys are on the right track! Well done! “Pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the tarp. Love all the "D" rings. Heavy enough to stay in place as a hay cover without tons of strapping it down even in a fairly stiff wind.”
