“Fantastic, when you can get someone on the phone. Only reason I don't give a 5 star is there aren't enough sales reps and you can spend half your day calling sometimes. Now, outside of that, Mytee is excellence. Shipping is lightning fast compared to anywhere else. The reps are knowledgeable, quick, and on the ball. Most of they time they have your answers before the computer does. Highly recommend. It might take a bit to get someone on the phone, but ABSOLUTELY worth it. Parts and Inventory, Amston Trailer Sales and Rental.”

“After unboxing I found it was missing the fasteners to attach the furrow to the frame and it was also missing the 2 lower arm pins. I replaced them rather quickly with a trip to Tractor Supply, easy to assemble and it worked real well I was impressed. I had to use a shorter top link on my 3 point setup, but I liked the way everything turned out. Small mishap, good product.”

“Surprisingly low quality and long lead time for a product that isn't cheap. It took 5 weeks to recieve when their shipping estimate was 2 weeks. It took approximately 8 calls across a month time span to get any traction at all. I would not buy from this company again.”

“Ordered some vents for my shipping container and the shipping took longer than normal. Contacted Customer Service and they went above and beyond to fix UPS's mistake. Fast responses from them and made it right! They are always cheaper than the competition!”

“I love the 1/4" x 12' chains. This make four I have received from Mytee. i use them a lot on a timber farm and have a small sawmill. The 1/4 inch size is just right; easy to carry, snake under a log or loop around farm equip to move. I put a logging hook on one end and place the regular hook mid way to choke up extra chain. First thing I do is remove the carter pin from the hook link and cut the link where the carter pin hole is. I then hammer the link like a rived head. This will make it smooth and will not snag or loose your hook in the woods.”

“Live by the moto you get what you pay for! The coil traps were nice and working well. But the flat trap is very cheap quality. Has a seem down the center which will make the trap weak. Was disappointed at the flat trap.”

“I ordered a dozen of the Hi-Viz green folding handle binders and FedEx list 1/3 of the order in transit. I called up Mytee, NOT A GOOD IDEA,and was eventually able to make contact with a person. Once that was accomplished, everything started moving. I did find out that if you're unfortunate enough for your order to be fulfilled in their Dallas, TX location, you could be waiting for some time, as the help down there is let's say....Lacking. Once I actually got the binders, I was Super Happy because the product itself is Fantastic!!! I've already recommended them to some friends. Top notch. I love the binders.”

“Customer service was horrendous! We were told we would get the sale price on our order. We did everything the representative told us to do. She said upper management approved our order and price lock. Sent our Tax Exempt form and a picture of the check. All we had to do was to bring the check when we picked up the order. We recevied an invoice for nearly $1000 more than what we were told. The company did not honor the agreement we had! Will never buy from this company again!”
