“I ordered new tires for my Sky Jack 3015 lift. The tires are great and work well. The old tires would slip on the rims when in a bind. I don’t have that problem now.”

“Item arrived missing a part. It was noted upod arrival on the BOL that the pallet stretch film had been opened. Photos were take and email to customer service was sent. The part missing can fit in the palm of your hand and is hardware that goes with a part so large that it has to be shipped on a larger pallet. I was informed they cannot simply send the missing part (hardware) and that they have to open a claim with the shipping company and have the entire larger part sent once they claim is complete. This is insanity. The missing part weighs approx 2 lbs and the part it goes with wieghs 200lbs. I spent over $2500 and they cannot just send a replacement part. Not a good look for Mytee.”
