“The product I guess is okay but, it was delivered damaged as per the attached picture. While I know the inclination is to blame the transporters but the item was so inadequately package that it had no chance of arriving damaged.”

“The service was very kind and helpful. And she fixed a shipping cost error in just a few days, which was substantial to me. The crating and delivery worked out well and I even lucked out with a super happy delivery fella. Overall, the experience was pretty good, but especially becaus of the kind Shannon who kept in regular communication with me. I appreciate that.”
