“I was shorted two items on my ordered and charged for them. The box appeared to have been torn open and was heavily taped. No, I didn’t check my order when the driver dropped it off ( I was running tight on time ). I sent an email describing the shortage but still no reply. Just another customer satisfaction survey from MyTee.”

“Well made, shipped earlier than expected. Would have bought hardware to attach to wood frame if Mytee had responded to my inquiry. I suggest a type of hardware that is permanently drilled into the frame and acts like a button with the grommet with the help of a wing nut to keep tarp in place.”

“I went with the American made product and it was about 20% more. But these only come into play when it really matters. The quality is amazing. The binders I purchased are not like the crappy binders that stick and drive you crazy. The tolerances in these is much better than any binder I have ever used, certainly better than anything made in China.”
