“It all arrived quickly good prices fast shipping however I ordered 2 16’ chains and only received 1 20’ chain??? Is it on back order I know you were out of a lot of them. I know the tarp rod arrived several days after the rest of the shipment I’m still waiting on my 2nd chain”

“The USPS didn't do a good job of handling (box was torn open), and delivering the Hooks I ordered, but they did arrive and the plastic bag they were in had withstood the rough handling. Now that I have them and have begun using them, I can tell you that they are doing everything I ordered them for.”

I am so sorry to hear you're having issues with your product. Please know this is extremely rare and uncommon but it can happen. To help expedite the process, we ask that you send us 1 or 2 photos of the chains showing the defect. Please email us at customerservice@myteeproducts.com.
