“Tarp repair tape was good. Shipping was not. Paid 12.00 for shipping and it arrived late. For that kind of money it should at least be on time.”

Thank you for leaving us a review! fedex does not guarantee shipping date estimates for fedex ground. If you need a package guaranteed on a specific date, you would need to pay for expedited shipping.

“One of round brass gormets popped out on first use, didn't even get to put a bungie hook thru it, it fell out when I unfolded the tarp.”

Thank you for leaving us a review even though you had a problem. If there is an issue, you can contact us immediately so we can address and correct the situation. Tarps have a 90 day manufacturer warranty.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We do ship from our 1 warehouse which is in Ohio. Shipping is determined by how much the packages weighs as well as the distance to ship to.
