“As a hay operation, we are incredibly satisfied with the quality of Mytee's hay tarps, which outlast sun and weather for years. Additionally, customer service was exceptional, as we were offered an extension of an expired shipping discount. Sunshine (product manager) has excellent customer service skills. We would highly recommend this company!”

“Gave me a 50%shipping discount. Bought a tarp and it melted together while it was on my truck and they wont help me out.”

I do not believe it is fair to say it's our fault your tarp melted. As stated from our previous correspondence you said this was kept in your house and now you are stating it was on your truck. Our tarps do not melt for no reason, but when kept in a position that it touches something that is hot this will happen. Im sorry this situation happened, but this is not due to our quality of tarps.

“Cheap quality top bar bends when over 13 feet fine for non car hauling use but when inches matter spend the extra 30 and get a name brand one acceptable to car hauling standards.”

We tested our product and don't see any bending. Please send in a picture (customerservice@myteeproducts.com) of the bending so we can deduce if this is a warranty issue. If we can correct it, we will.
