“When I placed the order I was charged extra because they were going to have to use a lift gate. I was fine with that because we don't have a dock. But when the driver showed up he didn't have a lift and then was going to try and charge me a fee for having to wait because we didn't have a forklift. Last I checked I paid for you guys to have a lift gate. Charged extra for a service you didn't offer.”

We apologize for Fedex not having the lift. You did pay us for it and we then paid them for it. Since they didn't provide lifegate we will refund you the $40 charge. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

“Items were supposedly delivered by Fed Ex. Never received them. This is the second time we’ve not received our delivery. First time they were sitting a few blocks over and a neighbor found them. FedEx has done nothing. You won’t replace or refund. Bad customer service!!!!!!”

“The only reason I gave it a four is because whoever packed my order left out the two most important (and expensive) items. However, I immediately called customer service and they got my missing parts to me in a couple of days.”
