Thank you for leaving us a review even though there was a mistake with your order! We are working to make things more efficient in the warehouse and that includes hiring new staff! We are hoping customer service and the warehouse can be up to bar with one another, service -wise. Thank you for understanding! I will pass this review around to the girls in the office to let them know they are doing a fabulous job!

“The box my tarp straps was ripped open. Strap were missing. I ordered moving blankets but received wrap blankets. Not happy”

We apologize this happened! We want to correct the transit error and get you the items that were missing in transit. As for the wrap blanket, we in the office are not sure if you mean a filler pad. At any rate, I did email you more detail and information to get this all corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

“The products I got this order are good quality and meet our needs. What i would like to review is the Trailer Loading Ramp Set i purchased earlier this year. In the description it says they are light weight and easy to handle. this isn't true, each 8 foot section is between 70-80 pounds and cumbersome to set up and take down. Maybe include in your description the weight on items like this for each piece.”

We apologize I the description seemed misleading. "An all-aluminum construction by AWS-certified welding technicians together with adjustable pivot points yields light-weight components that are relatively easy to handle." This is describing the benefits of an all aluminum construction. We will take your feed back and try to update the description as I agree, this can be a bit misleading.

“Material is of good quality. grommets are at irregular interval - you can't combine tarps and have them lay flat”

The grommets on the mesh tarp should be 2 feet apart. Please send us a picture of this because it sounds like this might have been a manufacturing error. We would love to correct it if it needs correcting.
