“I am fairly happy with my purchase. The only issue I had was when I asked a question online and did not get a response before I received the item. The question was “What size are the bolts that are in the jaws? Typical answer would’ve been something like three-quarter by 3 inch. I was only told to length. The item was also on back order.”

“I ran accross this site online when looking for a coffee moisture tester and then realized other products they have work well with my shipping of products and freight. Everything came fast and packed well and all products are very high quality.”

“The Tarp arrived quickly. It was damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging and shipper abuse. Mytee staff were very helpful, and my concerns were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Cannot give the product a rating until I affect repairs and start using it. It appears to be made very sturdy, and should do the job quite well.”

Thank you for giving us a review. Even though their was a mishap, Im happy to hear my staff handled the situation to your satisfaction. When a tarp gets damaged it mostly likely happens when the shipping carrier put the product on the belt and it tears on the packaging. These tarps should have been put directly on the truck instead of the belt. I again do apologize for this issue and hope you like the tarp once used.
