“Ordered black mesh tarp, received colored mesh tarps. But the customer service was AMAZING! I had a very quick turn around time on my tarps. I am overall pleased with everything, the price, the product and the company.”

“Wen I first Received them I was excited. But since then I’ve use the product twice and I already have A tear on one of the tarps in two different places. To me cheap material is all I can say. I wish I could give this a better review and mind you I normally don’t do reviews so I have to say two stars is all I can give. I guess you say you get what you pay for. I think the company should make this right that’s my opinion”

We do offer great quality tarps, but if anything sharp is rubbing up on the tarps they will rip no matter the thickness. Protecting your tarps with edge protectors and moving blankets will help prevent these types of issues. We do have a 90 warranty on all of our tarps for manufacturer defects. This would cover any issues with grommets, d-rings, or seam issues. We unfortunately do not cover any normally wear and tear for improper use of tarp. We do sell tarp repair kits if you need help repairing this. I hope you understand and if you have any other questions please let us know.

“Received exactly what I order and on time. Cords work perfect for what I wanted them. ( tied down a tarp on my pool covered ). Only problem with the order never received a shipping tracking number.”

Thank you for letting us know your experience. We tend to find the tracking to end up in spam, as the tracking is sent directly from FedEx. If you happen to check your order on your account we also mark orders complete with tracking. If you should every need anything please don't hesitate to ask.

“Ordered 4 of 12ft x 24ft tarps. 1 was the size we ordered, but 3 were 1 ft. too long. Had to made adjustments to be able to use the 3 that were not as ordered. It wasn't worth the time, trouble and expense to try and return them as we figured we might get the wrong size again. Be careful when you order tarps that must be the exact size you order.”

Thank you for leaving us feedback even though you had an issue with your order. Mesh tarps do tend run less than 5% in size in most cases due to their cut size. In your case this was over.
