BEWARE Charged me $85.34 US for a parcel weight of 0.60Lb added 1lb to the weight of the package and then charged me $60US more than the MYUS shipping rates advertised on their site. It’s a DISGRACE no reply from them it’s my first and Last time using this service. What a SCAM as a new member I’m appalled and so upset. Shipping is almost DOUBLE the cost of the goods. Account number 8455-143 I expected to pay no more than $30US. The advertised rate on their site for the weight of my parcel on my membership was less than $20US. Will CANCELLING my membership!

Absolutely terrible. SCAM ALERT! Never do business with them. They will burn you with hidden charges at every step. AVOID!!

THIEVES!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY !! I was the first time customer and I will never use their service again!!!! Their hidden charges almost sent me to an early grave! AVOID!! They even stole some of my merchandise and told me that it's been discarded!!FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! RUN AWAY !!

I just have been scammed by MyUS, they took $31 more than agreed upon (=$18) And when I asked why they just came up with some BS VAT/duties & customs excuse although my item is not subject to those since its value is less than 22 euros not to mention that I explicitly told them that I don't want to pay those via them.

Don't listen to those who say it takes long, that it is a scam etc. The price estimate tool is just an estimate, you have to be ready to pay a different price and if you don't want you have to pay to send the package back to the seller, this is how it works and will always work, shipping company can just estimate the cost of operation based on the period of the year, the disponibility of couriers, the border restrictions, tax rules and all of this. Plus you need to tell myus that a package is coming to them with all the detail with a large enough advance, this is in order to have them informed that it is your order and best get ready to where it is to send. Also shipping time are just an estimate, same reasons as before.

THEY ARE A SCAM. They keep extending the time they respond to you and make up excuses that take time until they can charge you storage fees. Fees keep building up, until they eventually discard your package. Also the price estimator, is the way they scam people. The price is almost triple the amount that the estimator states. AVOID THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Great service! Delivery costs are fantastically low. It says here that other services are cheaper. I don't know, I guess if you order dome clothes. If heavy equipment like I have, MyUs has $50 shipping and the others have $239+ (for $176 worth of items). Plus the service prevented me from buying from scammers that I inadvertently ordered items from. Speed of delivery - all your praise, very fast. If customer service is not responding - you have to wait a day or write to fb asking them to look into the issue. In general, I will use only this company. Thanks for the great service!

I sent my package to them and didnt get it .they claim they sent itbut it is not recorded. they write long emails each time diferent story - MYUS are scammers- polite and they email for donations to refugees . While this company clearly exploits the fact they are ripping off non usa customers. Dont go near

this company is a scam. They contacted me to work with them as an influencer in 2019. I promoted them. They never sent me the stuffs I ordered. A few month ago, I received my items... in 2021 and they were asking me to pay for it... WTF?!

I signed up to check their rates. Looked later to see that I was being billed $9.99 a month. They would not refund. I honestly am not even sure how I ended up with the premium version. I never even used their services, just wanted an estimate on shipping. Be VERY careful. SCAM ALERT. Only reason I even knew I was being charged was PayPal notified me. Luckily I noticed after only being charged for two months. Check Trust Pilot and here. This is clearly their business model. BEWARE!

I really don't understand this company. They solicit customers and ask for your business. They make you choose a plan and ask for your credit card. You think you're signed up and then they say your "application is in progress". Application? what application? And then a day later you get an email saying your application was declined with no explanation or request for further information. Its a slap in the face and you don't know why! I guess its a good thing, because if a company treats you like this before they take your money, imagine how they treat you after they have your money.

I've used this service around 10 times, three of them a connected with significant problems for me such as: 1) one lost and refund by myus 2) one parcel was stuck in the company's customer service for more than a month and a half after the parcel was returned by courier service without explanation 3) one parcel was delivered to the wrong branch in Russia, which now requires my time to travel to another part of the city to collect documents and travel to a neighboring city for customs clearance The most disappointing is the customer service of the company, which for a month and a half responds to me in the format "we will let you know when we find out something", and to attempts to achieve something intelligible, I receive only responses like "we are very sorry" and the termination of the communication session by the service support

Avoid at all cost. They charged me the duties, shipped to Canada and they will not release the funds. It's been 2 weeks now. They are absolutely the worse.

This company's business method is a SCAM. You are prompted to add a payment method when you sign up, that way they can automatically charge you later on with their extortionate fees, they advertise you have full control over your shipment products so you don't think anything of it, but that is FALSE. You have NO control over your shipments once their website says processing, nowhere does it say what options you would like, you can't even cancel. I expected my shipping options to come through soon for my approval. What I got was an automated shipping and billing notice that they had already billed me!!! their charges are EXTORTIONATE, and you don't find out until you've already paid them! They DON'T request your approval, they bill you straight away without you approving the costs. I reached out to their customer service who refused to offer any resolution. I asked them to cancel processing my orders, I would rather have them throw away my items than charge me their ridiculous fees!!! Even if you cancel your automatic payments to them with Paypal, they can still keep AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING you, again with no control from me whatsoever even after cancelling my Paypal payments with them. So many UNAPPROVED charges, HIDDEN COSTS, billing WITHOUT your knowledge or approval. Customer service not willing to offer any solution. This is UNETHICAL and is a SCAM. Take it up with your credit card company or Paypal.

I give up on these guys. There's more competition now, there are much better people to work with. I used them having no other option for a few years, but I'm over their theft. They add weight to parcels over and over again, and inflate the value. 5 and 7 lb packages that should have cost $30-45 often get charged at $70-80. Customer service brushes you off and acts like you're an idiot, then requires you to PAY for an inspection if you say something is wrong. Doesn't matter if you have proof from the original shipper. I'm just exhausted by their lies. Look at one of the newer competitors if you have time to do some research. These guys are not worth the stress.

Terrible shipping and costumer service MyUS presented me with different prices based on the delivery time. I've chosen an expensive one to have my items delivered fast (within 2 to 5 days) but it took 11 (!!!) days. This is inadmissible. This delivery shipment time corresponds to those of SMSA, which costs 30$ less. I requested the reimbursement of 30$ to MyUS, but was always refused with the excuse that their are not responsible for the delivery delays. How can that be?! It was MyUS who sold me the shipping service so it is MyUS who is accountable to me. I feel and was stolen by MyUS.

The worst customer service. I often lose my package. Not shipped on schedule. Returned from the delivery company due to a procedure error. Even if you contact customer service, you will be told a lie. Packing is miscellaneous.

Watch out! This company will charge you blind! They quote you and then you give your card details... then they end up charging almost double on your card. Apparently had to ship certain items separately. Without asking me. Sent a $12 item for an extra $108. Who would be that crazy!? Customer service refused to help. Have been doing business with them for years. Closed my account now.
