“shipping was faulty, I paid $10.99 for 8 day maximum shipping and it’s been 16 days and still no sign of the package, it keeps being rescheduled 2 days later then another 2 days later”

“I have ordered something from nasty gal.com only 3 days ago and I have just read reviews now. My sister got 2 pairs of pyjamas from the website and they did look good but looked very light and thin. I was expecting it to be more since the prices are expensive out of the sale but even shein with prices of £4 for pyjamas have better quality then the pyjamas she ordered. I am still waiting for my order but I expect it to be here in a few days as my sisters only took 4 with the normal shipping. Cross my fingers that they come and are good”

“I purchased from them for the first time and I’ve got to say I was really disappointed. The few clothing items I ordered were cute and okay but I ordered a few pairs of shoes too and they were awful quality for the price. Also they sent me one pair that was ginormous. I ordered a US size 6 in women’s and they sent a pair that had to of been a size 10 or 11 but with the number 6 printed on it. Another pair was pure foam, super cheap and awfully made for $45. I’ll never buy from them again.”

“This was my first big order from Nasty Gal. I like many others, fell into the hole of buying many items under the assumption that they were having a big sale with big reductions! This led me to believe that the clothes would be at a high quality as the original prices seem to be quite expensive. But, they always seem to have these "sales" on. I was so excited to receive my order, however most of the things that I had ordered looked very unlike the products on the site and the quality was really not great. I was really disappointed to see that the top I was most looking forward to trying on was not in my order and they had sent me an incorrect item. Out of the order I did keep two or three things, but the majority I sent back as the quality of the clothing for the amount that I spent was not great! One of the tops I could not even put on as it had a terrible smell coming from it. I don't know why! I do have to say that the customer service was very helpful - Carrie assisted me with my refund as they missed an item they were supposed to refund me for. It was dealt with promptly and I was refunded right away. I would describe the clothes from here as hit and miss, as the items I kept I really do like. I was also refunded for all of the items I had sent back. I wish this company all the best, but I do think they should consider making all of their items to an equal standard and have the items match the images they advertise on the website.”

“I made a order on their website and to be honest, majority of their items are actually pretty decent considering the price and discount. However, their sizing is WACK, I bought three pants, one of the fit perfectly, if anything a bit loose. The other was quite tight but still wearable and somewhat comfortable. The last pair were WAYY too tight and i couldn't even zip them up. Considering they are all the same size and same style of pants, I expected the same fit, but alas, I was mistaken. If you are buying from this website, I would be very wary of their sizing.”

“I bought one dress. It took 5 weeks to receive it although there was the Covid crisis and during Easter celebrations so I didn't mind. I ordered the only size left, 40EU, although I normally wear 44-46 EU, but I read that items from Nasty Gal are usually much larger than normal. I was lucky because this dress fits me perfectly. I recommend chosing a smaller size than what you normally wear.”

“The sizing could be better. I’m a size 10 everywhere else and here I barely fit a size 12. They should also start offering petite and tall ranges as they do plus size. Some of us want cute clothes but are too small for them! Quality of the clothes could be better. Would not be buying from here again”

“I’ve been shopping at Nasty Gyal for many years. The clothing are usually a hit or miss. A lot of times their clothing are not true to size. Either runs extremely big or small. Quality can be a disappointment too. Returns usually runs smoothly. The worst thing with Nasty Gyal is they take weeks to ship your purchase. And tracking information is usually unavailable.”

“The shipping was very fast and the sizes of the clothes I bought pretty accurate however I was mostly disappointed by the quality of the materials. Out of 5 items I ended up returning 4. Still a pretty positive shopping experience. Would definitely purchase from them again in future.”

“I have ordered from nasty gal so many times, they’re like a bad ex that I keep returning to. They’re clothes are cute and are usually what they say they are but the shipping is so horrible. It’s like you’re in limbo if something is stuck because, as others have said, they’re customer service sucks. I tried to change my shipping address THE SECOND after I ordered clothes and they said “nope sorry we don’t do that”… like babe I just sent that order? I know you’re not shipping it yet because I get them 10 days later. I finally deleted the app off my phone and said no more, it’s not worth the gamble of getting your clothes when you need.”

“Some things were fine, but other items were completely discolored. They were pictured as nearly white or white on the website and when I received them, they were a hardcore tan color. Everything was darker than what was pictured, they use a filter for their photos and it's awful, completely misleading.”

“One of my favorite places to shop until recently. this was my go-to store for a long time now for shoes. However, if you're a short girl like me and have small feet, this place has gone downhill on its sizing. I have had to send back three pairs of cute shoes because their size 6 looks like a size 8 in US size! So bummed out that I cant order from this website anymore for shoes.”

“A lot of their items looked fantastic on their website, but when they arrived in person, they were poorly made, had different sizing, and overall were unflattering. The clothing frequently looked nothing like their photos, and it was disappointing to get them in person. The shipping was fine, especially since it's during a pandemic, but the quality of the clothing itself was subpar.”

“I used to love ordering from here.. everything always arrives pretty quickly and I have some really cute pieces from them.. the issue is that lately everything I order looks great on the website but is super cheap upon arrival.. like sloppy seams and buttons falling off and see through material when it isn’t supposed to be see through, colours that don’t match what I ordered on the site... I ordered a dress that looked amazing on the model and when it arrived it was so incredibly cheap and seemed like it was sewn really quickly with threading poking out and it was just absolutely horrible looking. I also ordered a skirt and again the threading was coming loose in areas and it was sewn horribly which made the waistline bulge out. I ordered a dark red top and when it arrived it was like a a bright orange-ish tomato colour. Also ordered a top in my usual size, again the seams were all messed up with bad sewing and the arms were very short.. felt like it wasn’t made right, like putting a shirt on backwards and you can feel that it isn’t right but the short wasn’t on backwards. Disappointing because I love the style but I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. Also what is with the name? If someone asked me where I bought my clothes I would be too embarrassed to say ‘nasty gal,’”

“I have made 2 orders from Nasty Gal. The first was randomly cancelled by the company due to my items actually being “out of stock” well I checked the website for weeks after that purchase and to this day all items I purchased that they claimed were “out of stock” are still available in my size/colors. In addition I was not reimbursed my shipping costs even though the package never even shipped out. I stupidly decided to try again and make another order, I bought 6 day shipping and we are now sitting at 15 days later and my tracking hasn’t moved past the creation of the label. So major shipping problems and lack of credibility. If you are okay with waiting about a month plus for an order when you purchased 6 day shipping then good for you. If you are okay with making a purchase and then the company cancelling that order randomly and sill charging you shipping charges then you are better than me .”
