This was my first big order from Nasty Gal. I like many others, fell into the hole of buying many items under the assumption that they were having a big sale with big reductions! This led me to believe that the clothes would be at a high quality as the original prices seem to be quite expensive. But, they always seem to have these "sales" on. I was so excited to receive my order, however most of the things that I had ordered looked very unlike the products on the site and the quality was really not great. I was really disappointed to see that the top I was most looking forward to trying on was not in my order and they had sent me an incorrect item. Out of the order I did keep two or three things, but the majority I sent back as the quality of the clothing for the amount that I spent was not great! One of the tops I could not even put on as it had a terrible smell coming from it. I don't know why! I do have to say that the customer service was very helpful - Carrie assisted me with my refund as they missed an item they were supposed to refund me for. It was dealt with promptly and I was refunded right away. I would describe the clothes from here as hit and miss, as the items I kept I really do like. I was also refunded for all of the items I had sent back. I wish this company all the best, but I do think they should consider making all of their items to an equal standard and have the items match the images they advertise on the website.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!! Why don’t they have a phone number to call? The only way to get in contact with them is through social media. I placed my order on June 28th. I received an email saying my package had been shipped on July 1st. My package has been stuck in customs in Memphis since July 5th. I requested a refund because I didn’t pay for my clothing to be stuck in customs. They refused to give me a refund. Six different people told me I had to wait until July 29th to see if my package would make it out of customs. How did they come up with July 29th?? Seems like they just pulled that date out of thin air. Don’t order anything from Nasty Gal. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! 0/5 I wouldn’t recommend

The clothes received were clearly very cheaply made. The fabrics were thin and see-through, stitches had hanging threads and weren’t finished properly and sizing was all over the place. Very disappointed and wouldn’t purchase again.

i ordered a dress and my order was confirmed, said it was out for delivery TODAY. i just got an email saying my refund was confirmed cuz apparently this item went out of stock?! how does that happen when i previously today received an email saying it was out for shipment today. what the hell. not happy at all. and i will not be buying from this website again.

I ordered several things from nastygal and all were garbage. Items are listed below. - A dainty gold necklace pictured that was actually turning black and was rusty!!!!! GROSS! I have 20 year old necklaces in better condition!!! - Some boots and I kid you not, they were worn!!! I opened the box and the boots looked as if they were thrown in. When I looked at the bottom of the left shoe it had a freaking piece of GUM on the corner!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!! - A black skirt that showed stars all over it, but came in purple and had little skulls all over it. I am not an ATHEIST!!! - A dress that came in the wrong size! I have ant bite boobs and i ordered a low cut dress but it is too big and I have no boobs to fill in the chest area!!! Sorry nasty gal not everyone is a double d!!!!! - Last but not least, a t-shirt that read "Buck you" on it in the pictures. When it came in it actually SAID THE F WORD!!!!!!!!! I could not believe my eyes!! Even my own child saw it!!! He is 3 and said "mommy what does f%$# you mean?/???" I did not even know he could read so that is my first experience of hearing my son read!!! How dare you Nasty Gal!!! Not Everyeone is nasty like you nasty gal!!! Go smoke a cigarette and get cancer but live so you suffer for what you have done. God bless you all, God is wonderful and will pay me back for my suffering from nasty gal since they won't return my calls....just like my ex.

I ordered jeans and shoes from nasty gal and they were amazing!!! Everything I could have wanted. I'm almost 6 feet tall and the pants I got were so perfect on me. I would recommend it!

Quality is not good! All items look super cheap, shoes had a horrible plastic/chemical smell. Sizing is off; my size 8 T-shirt is too big even for my boyfriend. Even at 60% off I feel like I overpaid. Will not order again!

Even at 60% off I don’t think my items are worth what I paid. Very cheap material, poorly done seams. The bag I bought was not listed as a mini bag but it is and I’m not a fan of mini bags. All unusable items! They use a separate company to process returns that won’t accept my payment method so I’m stuck with these

nasty gal “lost” my order. i ordered on june 4. gave me no information about this until I messaged them SEVERAL times just to be told they will give me my money back! I wanted the $200 worth of clothes i order but i guess there was no way that could happen!! sucks to wait 30 days for you order just to be told they lost it! don’t don’t recommend ordering from them. i’ve never experienced anything like this with any other clothing store

Delivery was late and the package arrived torn open with one of the clothing items exposed and stained. Aside from that, he clothing was made out of very poor quality fabric. Snap buttons didn't fit each other and loose threads hanging out of seams.

Everything I ordered was extremely cheap looking. Satin wrap dress (originally priced at 60 USD) looks like a dollar-store bathrobe. The cotton dress I ordered doesn't have enough fabric to even cover my body (US size 6, 150 pounds, slim athletic build). The last dress I ordered looks so fake that it belongs in a costume wardrobe, not to be worn off the stage because it's so cheaply made. I paid 50 USD in total. I'm sorry to say that every cent was a waste.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews my package came quickly and all the clothes looked stunning on me. 10/10 will be buying from Nasty gal again. All the clothes I received are good quality not cheap looking at all, everything fits well.

Horrible shipping. I ordered my package a month ago and still have not received it or even gotten an estimated delivery date. It has been in Memphis for over a week and has not moved. My friend and I ordered at the same time and she got her package 2 weeks ago.

I ordered an item from NastyGal back on June 6th. I was sent an email saying my order was on the way and would be delivered on June 15th. Okay, no problem right? Well, it is now going on June 21st and my order is currently still sitting in the same spot and the estimated delivery day is completely gone now. If I do not receive my order by Friday I will be contacting my card company to address that I ordered from a scam site and plan to get my money back. I should have looked at reviews before ordering from here because this is a joke. Do not shop here unless you want to be ripped off.

I would like a refund for 2 damaged items I have received with order number GUS10382****.. the items are Product Code: AGG86055-128-35 and Product Code: AGG49529-123-56.... Bridget sent an email stating she would like to proceed with fixing the mistake, and to reply back with photos, I intended to do so and the email response was "OUR EMAIL BOX IS FULL"......I WANT MY MONEY

STAY AWAY. I have been taken for a ride and they have stolen my money. I placed an order and sent it back as it was not suitable after 3 weeks of emails and them saying they have received my order and will refund my money still nothing. They have stolen $152.00 from me and that a lot for me. I placed a review and there Facebook and with a minute they took it down.. Terrible service and this is not okay I have Australia Post receipt they received it back. I will now write reviews everywhere so other consumers are away they will lose their money.
