Scam artists. Entered credit card information to pay with card. Screen flips immediately to screen image reflecting payment to a Michael furhur. My credit card statement reflects payment to Henry chew via PayPal. I didn’t receive email confirmation of purchase. Nastygal online reflects zero orders. Nasty gal does not provide phone number. I emailed twice. No reply. Received zero product. Received zero email. Following day my credit card had expensive fraud activity Scammers. Date of experience: July 07, 2023

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I placed an order on February 6th and received confirmation of the order and notice that my items would be to me in 4 to 7 days. It's been over a month. The tracking info doesn't update. And their customer service is not helpful. They keep telling me to wait, that the items will arrive. It's been over a month. I don't believe the items even exist at this point. I've placed a dispute on the charge with my bank because no one at NastyGal seems able to help. Fingers crossed I get my money back that way. Whatever happens, use my experience. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I have been buying from this company for years and in the early yrs of buying from them the experience was great and I received for the most part what I expected and pleasantly so. However, within the past year and a half my shopping experience, quality of the clothing, prices and customer service has drastically declined and their website and very glitchy app have permanently stained my shopping experience with this company who appears and boasts their absolute care for their shoppers , offering many discounts and supposed “free shipping “ and for women as a whole, not to mention the obvious and complete disregard and care for any customer service or satisfaction is off the charts and beyond anything even close to acceptable! I had for the past couple years received many compliments on some of the clothing items I purchased when out and about, sadly at the time I gave them wonderful reviews and free lip service and directed many women and some men even to their company and website. I am quite angry now I did so due to my past yr plus of shopping and ordering experiences with them! Their IT techs need to be fired from their job running and maintaining their website and app, at the very least, glitchy, loses or erases all crushes INCLUDING WHAT IS IS IN YOUR CART!!!! Sometimes even within minutes of the adds or as you are attempting to check out…..the complaints at this point go on, endless, not to mention the insane double or sometimes triple the price of items that are not even worth a 1/4 of the price it is listed as. I am validated in saying this due to yrs of buying from them and can advise the quality of their clothing that is overseas factory-made has seriously cheapened, deteriorated and clearly from some of my clothing items that I have have been treated with some chemical that after numerous washes they begin to give off an almost sour milk smell, regardless of what you use to wash them in or with. However other clothing items of theirs even when washed with these as above mentioned sour ones (sour smelling clothing items I refer to are not made of Jean or denim, they are usually T-shirts, flannels (the worst of the group and my tip-off) and synthetic fabrics. There is virtually no customer service via website or otherwise, and most importantly, and there is an overwhelming critique, gripe and request by MANY customers (go to the Apple App Store and click on their reviews to confirm this mention), is that there is no way to leave reviews on their website, information via customers referencing pros, cons and size information, that would most greatly serve all of their customers on many levels, but most importantly due to the fact their sizing is extremely inaccurate and unreliable and varies so much, significantly straying away from their set listing size chart and breakdown. My dear shopping friends, ladies and men too, BE VERY VERY LEARY OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! As other customers have stated in their reviews, it is truly a HIT OR MISS, PROCEED WITH CAUTION! This company apparently does not care for one second about their shoppers and possible future customers, apparent by their blatant disregard, responsibility, pride in their service and products virtually null…..!! I rarely write reviews of products or companies, however that being said, due to my experience over the years up to this moment, I felt angry enough and compelled to leave feedback somewhere for my ladies and gents to find or stumble upon so as to assist them in making an informed decision, hopefully one that will not cost them much money and put this disappointing, clueless, uncaring, unprofessional, embarrassing to women company on blast. I am so truly disappointed, they seemed better than this and at one time, I loved, appreciated and felt grateful they existed, giving me a place to find the unique clothing items I searched, loved and longed for. Shame on you Nastygal. You are nasty alright, sadly not in a good way and just not in the vain you try to sell and hold your platform on. Advice to my peeps out there, find another company to buy from, one that cares about you as a customer and one that takes pride in what they say they believe in and stand behind. A company that will at least encourage customers to help them make their company better with and by reviews, feedback and ideas, but more importantly to assist other customers in making informed honest decisions by their honest feedback and experiences so as to better guide customers in their purchases and spending their hard earned money on purchase they will be more than satisfied with therefore producing lifelong customers and the promotion of future buyers. Any intelligent, informed, caring and proactive company should be aiming and operating on these very principles. There are many, many examples in the world who lead by example. Sadly, Nastygal is by far not one of these amazing, caring and well run companies. Please my friends, find other companies if these principles are important to you as they should be, STAY AWAY FROM NASTYGAL.COM! Or please keep in mind if you shop there, U GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER, THE QUALITY, ETC. Sincerely signed, Shayne M

Their website didn't apply the discounted express shipping that my order was eligible for. I had selected Express shipping on the check out screen, but as soon as I clicked to submit my order, the confirmation page showed full-priced Standard shipping was applied. I need the item for an event soon so with Standard shipping, it will arrive too late. I contacted them through text message immediately and they offered no changes or cancellations. They said that the only thing I can do is wait for the item to arrive and return it back, paying another $4 return shipping fee. Also, they won't refund the cost of shipping to me in the first place, with the incorrect shipping speed. I will need to dispute this with my credit card company. I do NOT recommend Nasty Gal.

This was my first time and last time shopping with nastygal. I’ve shopped with many other companies and when there has been an issue it’s been handled right away, for that reason I ended up returning there and shopping again and spending a lot of money. Zero help from the agent. The app had issues which deleted all of my items and I had to re add everything which caused me to add the wrong color. I asked if I could place an order for the right item but get free shipping since they couldn’t go in and change the order since it was placed. She wouldn’t even honor that. A little goes a long way to keep a customer.

Hello from Florida! I bought the gold chainmail dress from Nastygal for my birthday party last night. I wore it for the first time last night for an evening of dancing. Everything was fine until about two hours into the evening. I was dancing and I certainly wasn't jumping around and going crazy! The dress I paid $58 for literally started ripping at the seams. In a matter of two hours, the dress started falling apart. I kid you not. My entire backside was almost exposed. I had to leave the dance floor and tie a sweater around my waist. If you are planning on wearing this dress dancing, my advice is to bring another outfit with you in case. It might be okay to wear out to dinner and that's it. I am 5'5 and weigh 138 pounds. I ordered a medium and the fit was loose, so I honestly cannot understand what happened. Don't buy this dress! I love Nastygal and never had a problem before with clothes I bought from there. Don't wear it on New Year's Eve! I am posting pictures. The halter tie at the neck also broke in two. :(

Horrendously high shipping & toll fees - clothes don't fit at all. Cuts & sizes are nothing like common brands such as H&M, Zara, Mango. Paid CHF 80 in customs and postage only to return everything. Never again

Really bad experience purchasing to EU. They state on their web that Duty and Tax fees are paid by Nasty Gal, but you still need to pay for Duty fees in your country. In my case it was 18.90 EUR. Almost as much as the purchase itself. I don't recommned ordering anything from them.

Please be CAREFUL ordering from this company. This company is a fra_d. I placed an order in December and made a return within two weks when the sizes were completely off. The website returns process is fake and is actually disabled.... it won't recognize your order number at all. I then followed the returns instruction inside the parcel and had to pay for the return myself. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the returns details in the parcel and the instructions. I've provided proof of return which was delivered over a month ago. But the company is now ignoring to refund for the return and even deny their own returns address!! Support ignored to respond to any of my emails will not respond if you contact them. They have deleted all official details of any returns address from their website, etc., and once you begin to ask for refunds they stop communicating. Please be aware that this is a major business fra_d operation.

I wish I could rate them ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sent me BROKEN SHOES!!!! I ordered a pair of combat boots from them for my 25th birthday and they fell apart after wearing them one time. After taking a closer look at them I realized that it looks like someone tried to GLUE them back together and then returned them!!! I am DISGUSTED. The entire shoe has completely separated and falling off. They DONT answer emails, they DONT have a phone number, and their "virtual assistant" is constantly unavailable. This company is a BIG FAT JOKE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!

The worst retailer I have ever been experienced. Losing more than £100!!!! Refund process started from 28th Oct 21. No money credited. Contacted Nastygal in Nov 21 they said payment was made. I said nothing was paid. Their reply was "Please check your account". They made it looked like I did not check my account. I send them the bank statement showing nothing from their side. They said they would investigate. NO APOLOGISE Keep chasing them in Dec 21. Received the reply as refund approved on 28th Dec 21 and money will reach my account in Jan 22. Am I getting the refund twice? NO. NOTHING reached in Jan 22. Contact them again. Now they said they are investigating again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If anyone from Nastygal may want to reply my review, here is my order number GUK105901541. You owe me more than £100

Placed an order and it’s been 4 months and I still have not received it. Customer service says it’s too late for them to do anything about it. I asked them for tracking information and they did not have it. It seems like after I placed my order they never fulfilled it or shipped it. I have been scammed out of $80. I should of read the reviews before i placed my order.

Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. I sent in a return and I have not received my refund in 6 weeks. Nasty gal is arguing with me saying that they refunded it which they did not. Nobody needs this kind of stress

I wish I could give it 0 stars…the website glitches when trying to place an order but it took my cc and placed the order with a hybrid of both my old and new addresses!! No one to call or help and you cannot cancel or update the order …was told to go to address where it was sent to retrieve it….. which doesn’t exist and I’ve spend over $400 on this order…they are trash at customer service…. And I train a call center for a living…

Worst service AND customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order today worth over £100 and immediately after, I realised that the address I placed it to was my old address in Glasgow. I now live in London. Since EVERY SINGLE OTHER online shopping platform lets you immediately cancel or change the address on the order I went on their site to do this. They have no customer service you can call, they have live chat which is automated and useless and they have FB/Whatsapp, which I contacted. Then on FB chat they said they can't amend the address and that the only thing they can advise is for me to collect the parcel in the address I provided - WHICH I NO LONGER LIVE IN AND IS A 5 HOUR TRAIN RIDE AWAY. I have asked for a refund, which I have had no response to. Please can someone just give me a refund I'm not interested in ordering anything ever again from this place I just want my money back.
