“I would never order from NastyGal again. The images online look NOTHING like the clothes sent to me. The quality is cheap and at least half of my items were completely see through. The sizing is completely off as well. I am 5’7 and ordered size 0 flare pants that were entirely too long on me. I have never written a negative review for any store before, but I needed to put this out there. I would never recommend NastyGal to anyone.”

“I should've checked reviews before ordering... each item they sent was much worse quality in person than how it appeared online, and one of the dresses looked NOTHING in person what they said it was! I even double-checked to make sure they didn't accidentally send me the wrong item. see photos below.”

“Some things were fine, but other items were completely discolored. They were pictured as nearly white or white on the website and when I received them, they were a hardcore tan color. Everything was darker than what was pictured, they use a filter for their photos and it's awful, completely misleading.”

“Not worth it. I shopped their stuff because it was super cheap & cute! Every order I’ve made they send me either the wrong item or the wrong size & them make me pay to return it when they messed it up. They basically have no customer service to reach out to either, you could try but they never respond.”

“Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with! I places an order using apple pay (which was set to my old address) I immediately noticed it was going to the wrong address and tried to amend/cancel the order. Their policy is that you can not make any changes to your order even within 30 minutes of placing the order. I tried to email them and received no response, I tried without success to find a customer service number. I tried using the chat function and couldn’t get through to anyone without being booted off the chat. I finally got through using instagram but was informed that they could not amend or cancel my order. The best they could do was try a change of address once it was shipped, with no guarantees it would work. Long story short I may not be able to get my order and will be out the money since I won’t be able to return the items since they are going to my old apartment which I can no longer access.”

“Quality was terrible with the shirt I ordered. It was completely see through and the skirt had the wrong description on it so I received one with a zip instead of elastic. This is clearly an error on their part but it's not considered an incorrect order because the original description was just written wrong. There is no one returning my emails and their return policy is down on their website. How convenient for them. Now if I want to return my order I have to pay an additional fee to send it back and I don't get my original shipping fee back so I'm $10 down on this order after all this trouble.”

“cheap material that falls apart in seconds. Clothes look nothing like the pictures. I bought the chunky heeled shoes they broke after two times of wearing them.”

“i had to return the full order which ive never done with a company before, quality was trash, everything was crinkled, zips on jeans get stuck, everything was see through. Going through a refund right now i hope all goes well with that”

“Please do not not order from them. I ordered my bathing suits JUNE 7th it’s JULY 7th. I needed my bathing suits and never even got them in time for my trip. On top of not receiving my bathing for a trip which is why I ordered them, Customer made me wait a additional 2 weeks to process a refund. Will never shop at this garbage site again.”

“Much like all the rest of these reviews, this company SUCKS. Their exchange policy is BOGUS! Firstly, NASTY GAL sent me the wrong shirt so THEIR mistake. I emailed them making them aware of the issue, and they apologized and said I would have to mail back the wrong shirt and leave a note with the package saying the correct item I ordered along with my order number and they would send back the correct item. I printed out the label and took it to USPS and had to pay for shipping. So again because of THEIR mistake, *I* had to pay to mail it back. Mailed it back then received an email that I was issued a refund??? So I emailed them AGAIN saying I did not want a refill. I wanted an exchange. And I followed the instructions gave to me to do so. They continue to tell me that because the system automatically issued the refund, they cannot send me back my shirt. Like HELLOOO YOUR COMPANY made the mistake I just want the shirt I paid for and ordered! So ridiculous. This happened last month with my IPSY subscription and guess what they did? Apologized and sent back the correct product and told me to keep the incorrect item no questions asked. Nasty Gal sucks.”

“Save your money and don’t buy from them I made two separate orders on the same day as you can only purchase 20 items at a time. Shipping total was over $20 and I was supposed to receive my items in 8 days, guaranteed. It has now been over 2 weeks and fedex has not even received the packages yet, only the label was created. I’ve contacted nasty gal through Instagram three times now and was initially told two time to wait another two days to receive my order and now they’re telling me to wait a month before they can do anything. This isn’t one lost package, which I could understand, these two separate orders are coming in 4 packages. How are all of them still stuck in Pre shipment? And no one can help me with this for a month. After reading the reviews on the quality of the clothes I have low expectations for if my orders ever do arrive.”

“WORST customer service team. So unhelpful and trying to get your money back is near impossible. Or in my case when they sent it to the wrong address and I actually wanted my items.. getting it returned to the correct addresss won’t happen.”

“Nasty gal most certainly lives up to their name! Nasty INDEED! They leave no room for you to change tour shipping address once you have placed an order no matter how quickly you go to change it! I am APPALLED! Poor,poor,poor customer service!!!!”
