shipping was faulty, I paid $10.99 for 8 day maximum shipping and it’s been 16 days and still no sign of the package, it keeps being rescheduled 2 days later then another 2 days later

Horrible customer service, will never buy from them again. Firstly there sizing charts are so miss leading and on top that they ask money for refunds and also tell you that oh be aware it’s gonna take a long time for returns. What is This?? Horrible horrible site to make a purchase.

Terrible products. First of all, you have to pay for shipping even if the amount is over $100, and you have to pay for shipping to return items too. I ordered 6 items and had to return them all. One of the dresses was so see-through that you could actually see the crappy shoulder pads built in. all of the items were extremely large.. even the shoes. I ordered half a size down in the shoe I bought but it still ended up being atleast a whole size too large.

Today is June, 12th Order placed MAY 12TH!!!!! ORDER RECEIVED NEVER!!!! BEEN CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE MAY 27TH! Spoke to: Takashi, Ruby, Rex, Karen, Adnan N., Aadam M., Luke. Whatsapped, emailed. Situation resolved: NEVER Contacting customer service made it worse and they are loosing a customer: YES! As of now NastyGal is complete scam to me! Every time I contacted customer service I was told to wait, because of the system, because of the investigation or some other BS. On the website they promise shipping to US under 8 days, guess what? It's been a month and they are copy/pasting 'oh, sorry, it's not ideal, wait longer'. I paid the money, they have failed to deliver it. I told them about it, suggested other solutions, those were declined and the situation wasn't handled properly. Now they are not on a rush to give my money back. No direct phone number, they don't give contacts of managers or whoever can handle this properly.

I got the wrong item of clothing for a one-piece, the fabric on my skirt is paper thin, the sizing of jeans was inaccurate, and the sweater has a chemical smell, overall the literal worst thing I've ever purchased from an online store.

Paid 10.99 for next day delivery which arrived after 5 days. Company is refusing to refund my hard-earned money. Shame on you cheats for fleecing me. You should have refunded my money for not fulfilling your commitment and this bad review wouldn't have been here.

I ordered an item and never received it . When I reported the problem the company just kept responding be patient even though it was not delivered as ordered . I was told in order to return the item whenever o receive it I must pay shipping charges

One of my favorite places to shop until recently. this was my go-to store for a long time now for shoes. However, if you're a short girl like me and have small feet, this place has gone downhill on its sizing. I have had to send back three pairs of cute shoes because their size 6 looks like a size 8 in US size! So bummed out that I cant order from this website anymore for shoes.

Not sure even where to start. First they sent me a jacket that looked NOTHING like the one on their website. The jacket had one sizing shown on it and a completely different one on the label attached. Interesting, This has not been sorted out and their customer service are indeed, what so many people said here, 'useless', 'rubbish', 'unprofessional', 'rude' - this is all true... Probably the most disgusting thing about that brand is that they LIE ABOUT NEXT DAY DELIVERY (in my case, I hold their VIP membership so I should be getting that service for free). Now, this is bad. If a business lies about what they communicate to their customers, right in their faces, in CAPITALS on their front page - this is a total disgrace. I head a marketing department in a City-based law firm and know exactly what I am talking about so it is not just some hard done by customer. Their customer care is an absolute joke. Today, on their chat, someone called Sanya could not take the pressure and what did she do? She stopped the chat and cowardly abandoned our conversation. I mean, what good would anyone expect from that brand. Nastygal, you are the nastiest brand I have ever dealt with. In fact, I have not had such a sad experience with any other clothing brand. Sophia Amoruso, you are the Founder of NG, well done, you should be proud of yourself but be not proud of your brand's customer service. Shame.

Really bad customer service, returned some boots to them and they never refunded me. Now I’ve no boots and no money, please never buy from them . I will Never buy from them again

Horrible customer service. Returned my item for a shipping fee of $15 and they didn’t even refund me my money back. I asked them multiple times to refund my money back and all they can say is “this is the shipping fee for the courier, at this time we will not be refunding your money back” FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I WILL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. All they care about is the money, I should have just kept the top I bought and resold it. Why are they getting to keep my money when I rightfully returned the item and paid their shipping fee. Disgusting company.

NASTYGAL? More like NASTY-CRAP! This website really honors their "NASTY" name. I ordered twice for them and I was appalled by the awful quality of the items, probably the worst quality clothes in my 10+ years of online shopping experience--I ordered a silver jacket and it looked like I wrapped myself with cheap aluminum foil when I tried it on and the two t-shirts I ordered lasted only three washes (their print and color came off soon afterwards). The sizes are totally off as well and the fitting is really weird. Their clothes look like a child has made them, and apparenty that's the case. Waste of time and money. I cut my losses and didn't even bother to send them an email cause I didn't want to pay another $15 to send them back. Obviously, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I've ordered from the company 3 times - and shame on me. Sizing is inaccurate, my 9 year old niece could wear the dresses I ordered in my usual size the first time, but not an adult. Second time, the dress was too large, and same with this third and last time. Shipping is spotty, takes way too long and costs too much. Have a return? Pay to ship it back, if you have a return - just resell it. A skirt for $15 that's as long as I am tall made from cheap Halloween dime store costume material, shouldn't cost as much to return. The company plays at being high end shein but with cheaper materials, terrible sizing and lousy customer service. I have yet to have an issue with shein, and their customer service is helpful. I placed an order through nasty girls app glitch app, and was never sent a confirmation, finding customer service contact info is not fun, and when you do it's several people responding at once, all asking for the same info over and over but their solution is to shrug, and tell you you're welcome to go buy it all again and hope you get it this time. Garbage company. If a company doesn't have any reviews, move along. It's a sign they know they're awful and probably should have folded when they filed for bankruptcy in 2016. Don't support this problematic company.

I ordered a dress on March 31 for a wedding in May. I received a delivery date of April 9, and when the dress wasn't here I received guaranteed delivery date of April 19. The dress was still not delivered. I struggled to get in contact with anyone in their customer service just to find out they only have an online chat to speak to representatives. I told the representative how my dress was late and the delivery date has changed twice now so I'm worried that it will never be delivered and I've been scammed, to which the representative closed the chat on me. A couple days later I got in contact with another representative who said if I don't have the dress by May 3 I will get a refund. I took a screenshot of this because I know they will just change the delivery date again and try not to refund me. Now after contacting yet another representative, the tracking information has updated and they tell me I have to wait until May 10 to get my refund if the dress still isn't here. Whether I get this dress or not, this has been an unnecessary hassle, and I would like to recommend anyone reading this to not buy a single thing from this scam of a company.

This company is absolutely terrible. Their clothes are cheaply made and customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. It took a month to receive an order that was supposed to be a gift. When I tried to return a few items that did not fit and were incredibly poor quality, they would not allow the return because it had been too long from ordering. Never again, and stay away

Perfect name for this horrible company don’t order from them I received my order and the cloths are terrible!!!!!!!! I have been trying to reach out to this company no luck. There phone number is disconnected. The service is horrible and so is the clothing. If there were zero stars or minus 5 stars I would rate this NASTY company that . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I ordered some boots from nasty gal. I paid 20 something and when i went back on the site they were marked down to $12. After i received the shoes i saw why they were marked down to $12. I could have bought these boots from the beauty supply store tbh. They are not heavy and feel cheap, like costume boots. Im upset.
