I ordered three items off nastygal valued at a total of about 90$ at around the third of January and set to be delivered around the 28th. It didn’t arrive. Since I live in Australia and weve recently had fires and eight he corona virus going around I decided to leave it. Two months later and I finally emailed nastygal only to be told two of the items were out of stock and I have an option for a refund. I was never emailed prior to this that there was anything wrong or that anything was out of stock so I find this way of customer service kinda pathetic. I don’t think I’ll shop here again.

What happened? I had ordered something from Nasty Gal a few times years ago, and it was decent stuff. But now? Pure garbage.

I have had the worst shopping experience in my life with Nasty Gal! I ordered an item for NEXT day delivery and it did not show. I messaged them on Whats-app and they responded saying it would be the following day. The following day it did not show. This has currently been going on for about 5 days and they keep telling me it will be tomorrow and it never is! They are very unhelpful they do not tell you any information about where or when your product will be arriving (all the info they tell you is lies). ALL I was offered was my delivery fee down from Next day to Standard. This is totally unacceptable. I asked for a refund and they said NO! I am so disappointed and angry at this awful company.

the sizes run small & the quality isn’t the best. you get what you pay for but there are other online clothing stores that sell basically the same thing at a better price/sizing

Clothes arrived today. All cheap and pretty tatty. The faux leather stinks of fish. Can’t wait to return it all. I was tempted to buy as I had a 48% voucher for my student card, but now I know why it is such a high discount.

I’ve used Nasty Gal multiple times and has success, but I placed an order yesterday and never received a confirmation email. So I used their annoying chat function (because they don’t have a phone number) and they said they didn’t see the order, I “should” be refunded, offered no explanation, and didn’t give me a store credit when I asked.

Not even worth one star. I ordered something on the 2nd of Feb it is now the 17!! It should not take this long to ship something. On top of that when I try checking where the package is on the tracking website , it won’t show me the location etc it just seems to have disappeared. Will never order off this site again what a joke

Shipping is stupid. you have to be home for them to deliver it. I am having to go to the post office to try to track down my package. Who is home in the middle of the day to sign for clothes they ordered? And they have no customer service line to call and talk to a human. Awful. I online shopped so that it would be delivered. If I wanted to go out for something I would have gone to the mall.

I ordered clothing and had no issues with shipping but then the clothes did not fit at all which was confusing. A size 2 in one thing didn't fit in the next. I wanted to just exchange a few things but they don't allow that so I had to send everything back and then reorder what they still had and pay more for it then originally. I waited weeks and emailed costumer service so many times and then got an answer saying that my order was sent back (the second order) when I was waiting weeks to get it. I then had to reorder my stuff for the THIRD time. It finally came but everything has basically broke. The shoes have broken, the pants, and the design on the skirt has fallen apart. I have done every washing instruction correctly. Not only is the quality horrible, so is the customer service.

BEWARE!! I purchased a dress then after reading some reviews about the quality I cancelled the order within 15 minutes. Apparently they can take orders but not cancellations so they shipped the item anyways. The dress was ill fitting and not the greatest quality. I then had to deal with shipping the item back at my cost because they ignore cancellations. This was my first order and will be my last!

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM I recently ordered a pair of shoes and they have not yet arrived. I tried tracking them and the tracking number no longer works. There is no way to reach them and I have never dealt with a problem like this ordering so much online. Not a trustworthy website and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Be careful on this site nastygal is totally scam !!!I have a proof...!!! If you shopping use credit card,not a debit card..I had experienced on this site already 😜😜😜

Was quite surprised when I ordered a jacket and it came in Boohoo packaging and the jacket had a tag from another completely different brand. Nastygal is a SCAM!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered multiple dresses and different sizes to have options for my engagement shoot. They sent me 2 of the same size in a dress I planned to wear but would not correct their mistake and send me a different size. Now I have nothing to wear. VERY SAD. I had a feeling my experience would be bad based on the negative reviews and I wish I would have trusted my gut. What a sham.

Have lost trust in all the influencers I saw promoting this. I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and am not on my way to send back every single item. My main issue was the quality of the clothes, I wasn’t expecting anything too amazing as I’m aware of the price is relatively inexpensive , but the quality is far far beyond what you pay for. When I first got my order and tried on the clothes I had to take them all of straight away, couldn’t bear being in them. My second issue is how misleading the website is. False advertisement 10/10! The colours were off and the design is off. Really really disappointed. Such a waste of time and shipping. Wish I’d read all these reviews first... seems everyone’s having similar experiences...

I ordered 6 items and all were disastrous. A top ripped in the same day it arrived. Sizes are way off. Just poor quality made clothes.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. The most annoying part is that the USPS site says the package has been delivered, yet I've checked my apartment's mailroom and front desk and it is nowhere to be found. Ridiculous. Never order form here.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered two denim jackets, they sent one out and a body suit (which I didn’t order). When someone finally decided to respond to my email they asked me to send the bodysuit back so that they could send the jacket to me. I did all of that then revived an email telling me that the jacket is now out of stock and I would either have to wait for it to get back in stock or get a refund. Horrendous customer service, made me wait forever for nothing. I do not recommend!!!
