I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Nasty gal cannot deliver, as they claim...... so don't bother order right now. In March, my daughter ordered and NEVER received her merchandise/package in Atlanta, GA. After four weeks of customer service telling her/us that she should "trust" the shipping process, she contacted her bank and got the refund Nastygal refused. Two months have passed and the items never showed up in Atlanta and Nastygirl could not resolve. Subsequently, I ordered a shipment and paid for expedited shipping - 3-5 business days, thinking my daughter's issue was just a fluke. Upon tracking, I can see it is still in UK. Why offer expedited shipping if you can't deliver? There is no phone number for contact. The company won't refund unless you return the items THAT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE. The customer service responses are ludicrous. See response I got below for the order I paid to expedite and is still in UK. I'm not even certain that Nastygal is running this operations right now. Clearly they cannot deliver the items that we are paying for at this time. I am NOT having this issue with other online orders. Beware! Nasty gal is the sketchiest website. I ordered 5 items. Come to 6 days after ordering, i got one shipping notification saying it was still processing. Then 12 days later, i got an email saying the shipping label was unreadable. I got refunded but still very unhappy that i had too wait a month, too find out. 👎

I was so excited for my order because the clothes are cute and they usually run sales. Well one of the tops I ordered, one of the buttons came off while I was taking it out of the package. I also ordered 2 dresses, one of which looked nothing like the stock photo or its description. The other dress is alright, definitely not the size it was listed at. Everything feels cheap and definitely not worth the money I spent

Absolutely shocking service I recieved an item that wasn't even close to the photo. I was not able to go the post office myself to return the item so I couldn't get the postage label printed as someone was doing it for me (someone without a smartphone). They provided me with no invoice or label so that's why I asked them about this. I am high risk for covid and I explained that's why I cant leave the house. I spoke to over five representatives about me having to pay two lots of postage (one for the original order and the second would be to send back) not one of them could answer me to tell me if they would give me the money back for that or not. Dont claim you do free returns if you cant answer that for me. Their excuse for the item being different was 'the lighting' and 'its vintage so it comes different' Firstly one was pastel bloody blue and the other was near enough black. Secondly there was a different label to what was in the photo. I'm utterly shocked as I used to work in a contact centre myself and we would of been sacked if we had given diabolical service like this

The customer service for the company is awful! I ordered for next day delivery and the delivery service said they delivered this but no where to be seen. They “tried” to deliver the item to be twice and I never got anything! Understandable this is not the companies fault however to resolve the issue was ridiculous. They told me they could not refund me for the item until I receive it. How can I receive an item they isn’t going to arrive 😂 I feel like you have to do the job for the customers service people. They kept telling me they couldn’t doing anything in short but when I made suggestions they done it 😂 might as well work there myself. Also THEY TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY TO YOU WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM

Clothes are cute but their customer service is awful. Something was added to my cart after the purchase process and I had to pay for it despite agreeing to purchase. I emailed/messaged them immediately and they basically said too bad, you can return it later AT YOUR OWN COST. Absolutely ridiculous they wouldn't even let me return an item I never consented to for free.

The clothes is made of super super SUPER cheap material. All the shirts are see through and the sizes seem to be off despite them being "the same size" I ordered a skirt that looked bright red on the website and when it arrived it was actually a wine color. Luckily I got the clothes on sale. I'm going to true to return them wish me luck

It was disgusting! The material was awful and the shirt I could even see how it looks coz it cant fit. The neck was so tiny and narrow. I cant wear it at all. So now is rubbish. I was the worse shopping I have ever had. The worse experience! I had to do unfollow even Lissy Roddy. I saw that page in her blog. Before I didnt know that this page even exist. I dont have words to describe how disappointed I am!

They had a 50% off sale and the clothes looked cute so I ordered a couple of things. It took a month to arrive and its the worst quality clothing I've ever purchased. So thin, already falling apart. The sizes seem completely made up. I got two shirts that are both a size 4, one is too small to put on and the other is huge. I used their fit finder on their website and the pants it recommended at are least two sizes too big. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered 3 items on pair of loose fit trousers which I admit look lovely but the stitching is so itchy! The next two tops I ordered were gorgeous looking puff sleeved tops looked so glam on the model however when they arrived I realised the material is so cheap and itchy! Doesn’t look nice at all ! Feel like a children’s dressing up costume with the material it’s made by. I would not order from here again. Such a big disappointment

Such bad material and quality of clothes. First time I ordered my top ripped on a night out, thought I’d give them another go ordered a big enough order and quality is so bad. Pair of joggers came with a stain and a hole in the crotch area, clothes look much nicer online then in person and sizing is definitely off too. Personally wouldn’t order again.

Just terrible. Within Europe shipping is 9 euros. And then if you have to return something you must pay 9 euros AGAIN as they DON´T COVER RETURN COSTS. Keep this in mind if you wanna buy from them. I wasted 18 Euros on delivery costs.

I ordered a vibrator, leopard print shirt and what I thought was a rolled neck black knit jumper which turned out to be a top and the arms were too tight. Shirt was also darker colour than it looked online and quality is wearable but not the best. On the vibrator packet it said that it included battery but then there was a sticker put by Nasty gal saying batteries not included. I am disappointed in this companies manufacturing as I paid $61 in total for these three items :(

I ordered my package over a month ago and its been pending delivery for weeks. Nasty Gal has the worst customer service, how is there no phone number?! I send emails and FB messages and never get any information from them.

I found out about Nasty Gal through Instagram and thought I'd give it a shot. The clothes looked cute and they were on sale. Anyways, I ordered three items just to find out that the material is extremely cheap. One of my orders wasn't even the same colors as it appeared to be on the website... The stitching was already coming apart on one of the bodysuits before I even opened it. The material is extremely see through as well. Not worth your time or money. Save your money.

I tried returning an item and their website didn’t let me get the return stamp for it and so I emailed them various times and they never reached out to me to fix this problem So I’m stuck with the terrible clothing and no refund!!

Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve purchased a few times from here for items for work without issue other than sizing issues (wrong size purchased on my end). I recently placed an order that consisted of 4 items, I only received 3. They refuse to send me the item that was missing because they’d have to pay for shipping on it. They offered me a refund which takes 3-4 weeks. Never again. Can’t believe they won’t pay the shipping for their mistake. So in short, customer service is a joke. You get better customer at Shein with cheaper products lol

Expensive shipping/returning. Clothes looked NOTHING like the website. It makes sense why there's no reviews on their site now, everything would be one star. I ordered a bright red satin skirt, and it literally looked like something my 10-year-old niece would have sewed. Not even the right color.

Worse quality, and you’ll end up paying 8€ for shipping plus 8€ to return the items because they’re just that awful, so 16€ for literally nothing..
