So I got this top which took forever to get here but I get the Covid-19 but anyways when I actually get my package it tore up , I get my top and it looks nothing like picture 🤦🏽‍♀️ I really had high hopes for this top and was disappointed , never again will I spend my money on this website

Nasty gal is the worst online clothing website I have ever purchased from. The clothes seem super cute on the models, but when you get them they are terribly POOR quality. Some things were super small and some with gigantic. I got a small top and could not even pull it past my boobs it was so small. I got a size 0 skirt and it’s more like a size 6. I ordered like 15 things and I was going to SETTLE for just 5 of them and return the rest. The five I wanted to keep were still below my expectations. And don’t forget, most of these clothes aren’t super inexpensive. Well it turned out that the amount of time I had to return the clothes started when the order shipped, not even arrived to my house. I expected to have 30 days since arrival when really it was like 15. And I had to keep all of the shitty clothes. My friends don’t even want them. FREAKING AVOID THIS SHITTY COMPANY. I recommend shopping on ASOS. They have the best quality clothes and have customer convenient guidelines for returns and such.

I got a haul of clothes. Half the clothes are massive.. And I mean unwearable massive. Or too small. Things stated 14 are not a size 14. Not true to size. Avoid.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Parcel has been out for delivery for the last month with no update. I was advised I could have a refund or my order to be shipped again. The next day I was told that was incorrect and I wasn't entitled to anything. Keep being told to check the tracking updates. The tracking hasn't changed in over a month now. Under nasty gals terms and conditions I am entitled to a refund at this stage, but they are refusing. I have been informed this is due to the courier having delays at the moment. I have ordered from other online retailers and rececived my package the next day from this same courier this week. I have asked how long I am expected to wait for a refund and the only thing I am told is to keep checking the tracking. I will definitely not be ordering from Nasty Gal again.

The website stated my delivery arrived but I NEVER received my merchandise. Furthermore, I was never about to reach the customer service department to inquire about my order. I felt like I was scammed!

Highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this seller! Horrible quality plus more importantly the worst customer service. You will pay even for returns and they won’t give you your money back even though they respond to your emails how they received the parcel promising the money will show up back on your bank account soon. Well, they won’t. I’m waiting more then 4 months. SCAMMERS

Do NOT buy from NastyGal. I usually never write reviews, so it is a big deal for me to encourage other customers to STAY AWAY. I ordered a pair of biker shorts and when I tried them on they were completely see-through and unwearable. When I explained this to customer service, they were very stern and would not even waive the return fee. Product quality sucks. Online product representation sucks. Customer service sucks. (especially during a pandemic!!!)

Clothing did not look like what was on the website. Ordered a small and a medium and the medium was much larger than the small. Quality was very poor. When I reached out to customer service they said I had to pay the $7 to return. It felt fraudulent because it did not match what I purchased and then I had to pay to return. Will not be buying from this website again.

I would like to post about this bc I tried to order during the pandemic—and I would highly recommend you don’t. I went on the site and it said they were operating as usual. I was excited to think I could get a nice outfit during this time. We all need a little joy right? My stuff was supposed to arrive 7-9 business days after ordering. I got an email 6 days after placing my order saying it would be delayed indefinitely. This was NOT indicated on the website when I ordered. My stuff is still sitting at their warehouse. I asked to cancel my order bc I don’t want to wait for a month to get my things. They replied by copying their return policy from the website, and refused to acknowledge that they lied on their site. Although it was ok for me to to wait indefinitely, something they were not transparent about, it was not ok for them go cancel my order that has yet to be shipped. All I see is a company focused on profit not people. And post-pandemic, I just don’t feel like this will align with anyone’s values. Shouldn’t our money go to quality and cars? Shame on me really, why did I order from them? They know that returning the item is a hassle and most won’t. So they refuse to cancel orders. They claimed business as usual, but NO ONE IS! In a time we all could use a little joy and normalcy, they sold a lie and profited off peoples desperate need to feel normal. I will never shop at Nasty Girl again. And after reading these reviews, I’m honestly nervous to see what garbage quality arrives. On top of a custom fee and paying to return the stuff.. I am already out enoug money.

I ordered a bunch of clothes, about $500 worth. None of it fit. Had to return it all, found out not only do most international clients have to pay for shipping but they also have to pay to return the items back. Paid about $70 to have the items shipped back to their UK warehouse from Canada. Overall would never shop there again. Quality was below average, 8/10 items fit very poorly. It’s a gamble and I’m not willing to flush another $70 down the drain.

I should read reviews before buying the Nasty Gal's cloth. Quality of service and their products just sucks. I recently bought the faux leather dress which looked nice on web picture but as it arrived it turned to total disappointment.. paid 62$ for absolutely worthless stuff. Never gonna buy anything from NG again!

The seevice and quality sucks. They got me a wrong item and because of the virus I can’t return it. They dont want to refund me or arrange a pick up for me. i payed to their company like 200£ and they are willing to lose a client over 15£. never ever buying again from them.

Horrible horrible company. They sent me one item for another, and its their fault. I can’t go out because of coronavirus to return the item, and I asked for them to arrange a pickup or refund me the money since it was their fault I did not get the item I wanted but they said that they couldn’t do anything. The color and the material of the other clothes I ordered is different from the pictures. Very very disappointed since I ordered like 10 items at them worth 200 £ and they weren’t even willing to offer me a solution to get the refund of 15 £. Anyway they lost a good client and I am telling you if you want quality clothes do not order here because the company does not care for its customers let alone quality.

If I could leave a one star review I would. I've constantly had bad experiences with fast fashion websites. I received a wrong item order from them. The process of getting my money back was impossible and I'm still trying to procure it. They asked me for pictures yet every time I sent them I would receive an email stating that nastygal's mailbox was full. I asked them to delete emails so that I could send my pictures and get a return on my item. They were useless. So unhelpful, it's like they make an active effort to NOT help you or allow you to return orders. In this case, the mistake was on THEIR part. So disappointed, will not be supporting fast fashion businesses such as nastygal or boohoo ever again.

Not even worth one star. The blouse I ordered was a white lacy one in medium to large. What arrived was a deep cream one with white collar and buttons, which looked absolutely dreadful and was way too small for my size 12. When I returned it they refused to refund the postage. This site is not to be trusted or used

The sizing runs soooooo large. I am a true Australian size 4, I always order size 4, off Meshki, off of any site. I got the clothes from Nasty Gal, some are one size too big, and others are around three or four sizes too big. Very disappointed. Wouldn't shop here ever again.
