I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT order from these jokers. I ordered something as a Christmas gift. It never arrived and tracking basically said it was missing. They don't have customer support. The only option available is to email them. Which I did. They said that the item would arrive today and I noticed when it was tracked that it suddenly showed a tracking number and looked like it was getting ready to ship. Then it sat that way for days. Basically saying it had never made it to USPS. I again started emailing but there is nobody to speak to. They then tell me that it is due to arrive on 12/25. This is clearly a lie since 12/25 is a holiday and USPS isn't going to be out delivering. I email again and they say their system doesn't take holidays into consideration?!!! WHAT? Does it say 12/25 or not? Now they say it says 12/27. However, I can see myself that what it says is that it hasn't arrived at USPS yet so they are LYING. I'm reporting these people to everyone I can think of.

I excitedly ordered some boots from NastyGal. And when they got to me, they were super cheap material and they were huge! It's as if i had ordered a mens size. The material was cheap and just with the one time i tried them on, the pleather bent and creased the boot... They were so ugly in person. On top of it i didn't even get my full refund when I returned them. So much for having new boots...i never get myself anything and the one time i do, this happens. Cool. Unfollowing on Instagram and also never purchasing here again.

Ordered something over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I was then told by a representative to wait another 2 weeks to help them resolve the issue which I did. Now my order STILL hasn’t arrived or got any reassurance for a refund; I’ve also had to escalate it to PayPal to hopefully get my money back. Disgraceful service! Never shopping here again!

Ordered two items few days ago. One of the was an item that I did not order plus it was in really bad condition, colour washed (wasn’t that kind of style) and print was destroyed. Wrote to customer care on the Whatsup to find out that I would need to return an item so I would get refund for it. By info on their website, all post cost is my own and they do not refund money for it?! Really bad experience and will not come bad!

NEVER ordering from Nasty Gal again. Took over 2 weeks to get my order and to top it off, they sent me a different jacket than the one I ordered. No thanks.

The worst clothing and even worse customer service ever. Btw Boohoo is the same as Nasty Gal but cheaper. NASTY sure is an appropriate word for this company. Do NOT buy from them.

Nasty Gal is a Joke, Ordered a pair of boots and it took more than two weeks to arrive, customer service is just bad like they don't even try. Boots arrived in a box all squeezed and dented from shipping transit. Quality was worse than expected, they just had a foul smell. I would never order from this site again.

My daughter placed an order on dec 1, 2019. My credit card was charged $35 immediately. we’ve yet to even receive a confirmation email so we can’t even contact them about our order. We have scoured the website to find a number to call, only to find that there is NO PHONE NUMBER. This company is a fraud. DO NOT ORDER from them. I hope they choke and die on the $35 that they swindled from my daughter. Shame on them!

The quality of these items compared to the price is AWFUL. The material is very low quality, see through and falling apart. Buttons weren’t even stitched in just thrown on all unraveling the moment I put the skirt on. At that price might as well go to American eagle or something where the quality is assured... I’m so dissatisfied... I’m almost nervous to return them due to other people reviews about how poor their customer service is.

TERRIBLE COMPANY they will steal your money if you return anything and the chances of that are high since the quality is so bad and fabric is garbage and they will send you wrong items. Now since i am out almost $200.00 il have to take it up with my bank since they've become great at ignoring emails and pretending to ignore the issues. Please research before buying from them sadly this is a very common problem.

It's been 6 days since I ordered my items, my bank account was immediately charged but I still have not received a confirmation email and my account on the website has not updated that I have an order. Customer service was nice and told me to be patient but I placed my order with an ample amount of time to receive the items before an event. The website said the maximum amount of days until delivery was 10 but at this point who knows when they will arrive, they haven't even been dispatched and I don't have an order # to even check. I've never encountered a company so unconcerned with timeliness, more than 2 weeks for an order to arrive is crazy! I realize one person's problem is not important to them but it seems like this is a reoccurring theme as it has taken people over a month to get their clothes. :( Seems pretty dishonest to me.

I’ve ordered from Nasty Gal twice so far and I should’ve known better not to the second time. They’ve always messed up my orders in terms of shipping. The first time, they re sent my order after over a month of it being lost. The second time, my order never arrived and they processed my refund only after over a month and even then didn’t refund the entire amount I had paid. The quality of the clothes is alright, not too great or too bad, which is reflected in the price. But I have to say that the service was quite awful at least in all the experiences I’ve had and it’s safe to say I won’t be ordering from them again.

Everything looks great on the website and then when you get it it’s the cheapest material I’ve ever seen some of my items don’t look anything like the pictures. I ordered a blue and black cropped flannel and when I received it it’s green blue and red it goes down to the bellybutton of the model but it barely covered my chest. Everything looks like it’s made poorly and looks nothing like was advertised online. I will never order from there again.

This company sucks. I ordered 2 items and paid the $8 regular shipping... I should have seen that as a red flag originally but the items were cute so I went through with it. After paying $8 for 5-7 day shipping, I did not get my items until almost 2 weeks later. Then, when the stuff came, one of the items was completely unstitched and falling apart. I would not recommend shopping here, the company is garbage and so is their clothing.

They cancelled 10 out of 11 of my items due to stock availability. I would have never paid $7.99 on an $11 shirt (the only thing still being shipped.) Had they updated their stock, I would have never placed the order at all. I will never be ordering from here again. It's just not good business!

I ordered the bodysuits and they really show in the bum area. On one of the bodysuits I received the buttons at the bottom were unstitched, making it super hard to button the bodysuit. They were all very thin. I thought they would have come in a better condition.

This was my first order with Nasty Gal and I was excited to find reasonable priced clothing that is still trendy. However, the day my order was to be delivered the post office was unable to deliver due to “missing address”. Nasty Gal literally left off my entire address!! Unfortunately, the post office had to send this item back and once I was refunded Nasty Gal held out $10 I’m assuming for the return shipping. I reached out to them through the email we had been corresponding through and they never replied. I expressed to them that I didn’t feel I should have to pay for the return shipping being as I am not the one who made the error and I was still wanting my product. As this being my first experience I am very disappointed and have no interest in trying to purchase items from them again.

I order two products from Nasty Gal, and am totally dissatisfied with everything. First, I ordered those products about 1 month ago. I check the manager office of the apartment. However, it didn’t received. Thereafter, I contact with the support services. They said that they send those products for the second time. Finally, I find my Nasty Gal order in manager office, and I am surprised that they send just one of those products. Furthermore, I am fully displeased with the product quality. I didn’t contact again with customer service.
