“Very substantive CLE covering complex topics including detailed tax questions. The best part was the ethics training though…the presenter identified many real-world potential conflict of interest situations and provided excellent sample materials and language to use in retainer agreements.”

“Each of the presenters in the 501 (c) 3 lecture was well-prepared and easy to follow. There were also several useful tips that made the course helpful to people unfamiliar with non-profits, and insightful for those of us who needed brushing up. The only change I would suggest is moving current changes in the law to later in the program, after basic concepts have been introduced.”
