“Long and really good professional and personal relationships with "my" NBI staff ("managers"). The work-product content is always interesting and thorough in the seminars, the materials are spectacularly well edited, the support personnel running the web-connections and the scheduling managers are competent, polite and generally just wonderful to work with. And the range of subjects offered is amazing and on-point useful. "Glad I met ya's..."”
