“I took the 6 hour real estate presentation. I really liked the first presenter, particularly in his ethics piece. Very self disclosing and a guy I would hire in a minute to represent me. The tax
presenter was obviously very skilled and bright, but not a good presenter. It's hard to make tax material understandable and he started and backed up way too much. He also must have used Right and You Know a hundred times. I'd hire him for good tax advice, but would not want to listen to another presentation.”
