These are the worst CLEs I have ever attended. This is the second one within 3 months that I have tried and they were both family law related CLEs and they were worthless. I gained no benefit from them and feel like I have wasted time and money. Your CLE credits are more expensive than the options provided by my state bar and nowhere near as informative. These are a joke and are strictly for people who are just trying to get their annual CLE hours met with no intention of gaining any knowledge. If you would actually return my money for value not received I would appreciate it, but I know that will never happen because you are just a money-grubbing company who has no one regulating your crappy uninformative "courses" I will never use this company again and will never have anything positive to say about my experence with this company.

I didn’t receive the class I signed up for nor was I offered and alternative class for my payment. I essentially just gave NBI $300 for nothing in return.

So tired of receiving garbage emails from NBI. I have requested you fix it on numerous occasions but you seem unable to take care of business in a professional manner. What do I think about companies who routinely send out these emails? Not much! Get it together NBI! You can afford to get this fixed. It’s been going on at least a year. Sad. The audio quality of the presentation was poor and the material did not accurately reflect the presenters and agenda. It was not worth the cost.

I selected a 3 hour ethics course that was approved for PA credit, on Thursday, May 21st. I completed the course on Friday, May 22nd. After completing the survey for PA credit, the bring down menu did not have an option for PA. After speaking to someone at NBI, they checked, only to say that the PA approval for CLE had "expired" on Thursday, the 21st. There was nothing in the course that noted this would be the case. THAT is UNACCEPTABLE. Otherwise, the course instructor was pretty good. However, this seems to be a bait and switch for anyone paying for the course. Shame on you.

Getting two email solicitations a day from you immediately after my continuing education conference is overkill. The class I attended by phone, how the coronavirus is affecting landlord tenant relationships, was of poor quality. The product description did not state that the speaker would largely talk about only commercial landlord tenant topics, and, even so, the Takeaway was something that I (And likely everyone) already perceived and have been operating under: that in unpredictable times where Government regulation of this sector is fluid, the landlord and tenant should work with each other, avoid litigation, and renegotiate any term of the lease that is an obstacle, all in order to preserve the long-term relationship. The class wasn’t worth $100. Maybe $20.

So far very poor. CA credit classes presented by lawyers not licensed in CA giving generic examples or out of state rules , with the advisory to check your home state rules. This is without a doubt the absolute worst MCLE I have ever taken.

Handouts were not prepared for the state that the presentation was being conducted. Arizona Law was presented to California. Most presenters had no handout and promised to make PowerPoint available yet have not. this made it difficult to follow along and or participate meaningfully. It appeared to be thrown together at the last minute and materials from other presentations substituted. This was not the professional presentation I expected.

The training was horrible. The manual was on Arizona law, but we are in California and the presenters shared that they were subs with only a few days to prep. It showed. They used PowerPoints and we did not not get access to them

1. Why was this titled "Top Mistakes in Issuing, Dividing and Transferring LLC Member Interests"? This was not the subject matter covered in the lecture. A more accurate title would be "Oral Modifications of LLC Operating Agreements Under Washington State Law." 2. This was mostly about the case law and statutes in the State of Washington. Why is this marketed to a national audience. 3. Sound quality of the CD is poor.

I've received hundreds of flyers in the mail from NBI since attending one program. I only need so much CLE a year. Quit sending me your flyers. Please.
