The subject matter of the seminars I’ve attended is always relevant and useful. The specific presenters range from excellent and lively to boring.

For the Real Estate Transactions 2022, thought the speakers were very knowledgeable and presentations generally followed what I expected. Only 2 issues - I was interested in the anticipated topics of Arbnb and VRBO but the speaker ran out of time, so better time management of other topics would have helped. Also, the purchase contract/financing topics dealt with fairly sophisticated commercial transactions, which had little relevance to me. Otherwise, topics were helpful and practical.

They listen to their customers regarding future class needs, the price is right for the small practitioner, and highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn more. The only "con" is that the materials are difficult to print up with extra pages in between and costly to print up on a non-commercial printer.

Good CLE content. Wish the written information was more than just slides for all content - some CLE content is just slides or bullet point notes.

My only complaint was technical. I had some trouble managing the webinar after breaks, and sometimes there were freezes and I got knocked out of the seminar and had to log back in.

I don't really like how you have to click a box to show you are listening. As an adult professional I think that is unnecessary. The presentation though was good.

We are required by certain accrediting agencies to provide proof of attendance throughout the program in order to award credit.

In depth analysis of seminar topic led by obviously talented experts selected by NBI. I also love the unlimited number of choices and not having to pay extra to do as many as I want for $999. Although I understand that NBI must verify attendance, having to click on the screen every 15 minutes to prove I'm watching is a bit much. Makes getting food or going to the bathroom risky since I could miss a checkin. Perhaps 2-3 times over 7 hours is more appropriate. However, I do recommend to all.

Thanks for the review, David! We love hearing how much our customers enjoy their unlimited CLE subscriptions. Some accrediting agencies require more credit check-ins than others, but you can be confident that we set up our courses to make sure our customers get the credit they need.

The materials and slides do not always ..rarely contain the statutory citation. The marijuana instruction is a happy exception as the instructors consistently referred to the staute [NYS Labor Law 201(d)] This pattern of not giveing statutecitation is a significant flaw as the statutory basis for the instruction is fundamental. It is not overly burdensome to provide statutory citations. Instructors are better about providing case citations which are also an imperative.

Faculty/speaker presentations remain spotty due to video/audio transmission issues on occasion; however, the quality of handbook content remains very helpful and the practical approach taken by most presenters is very much appreciated.

The presenters and materials were excellent, I would like to see a program on the topic where some expert attorneys, perhaps the same panel, work through the business sale/acquisition process. Even perhaps, a much shorter program, such as one of the 1.5 hour lunch programs.
