“Seminars and speakers are generally good. I much prefer live, in-person seminars. Much better interaction with attendees when seminars are in person. Often, it's the interaction and attendees' comments and questions that make a seminar much better that the "good" rating I provided. If there was a rating somewhere between "acceptable" and "good," that would be my overall rating.”

“My experience with NBI interviews is generally positive. However, certain presentations can be hit-or-miss. For example, I recently purchased and listened to Mediation: Start to Finish. The first two presenters were very fine and extremely helpful The final presenter was very poor, and should not be permitted to present again with NBI. It would be helpful if NBI did a better job screening potential presenters.”
