“NBI' Staff is very helpful, especially Michelle that answers phone calls, she is amazing! I suggest that you make website and account little bit easier to use. Let's say if information of user or email was inputted incorrectly, there is no way to correct it, you have to call to make changes. Or if you register few users for teleconference under 1 account and incorrectly type their names, they get email notification before you submit the order and that email address is now attached to a wrong name and there is no way to change it. I believe it's more of a technical issues. Other then that it's been good!”
“the webcast connections are disrupted throughout the program and causes me to miss parts of the program, and even a verification code sometimes. as such, I receive incomplete credit hours for the program”
“if you cancel any live seminar --policy of mailing the written material to enrollees would improve your business practice--and provide your customer better service and best way to benefit your customers”
“I am an experienced WC attorney, I only attended because I was behind on my CLE hours and this was right down the street from my office. I still learned a good deal though from the presenters Mr. Samuels Mr. Safran.”
“1) I wish there was an NBI phone app, so I could listen to/watch a lecture when I'm on a long drive.
2) Some lecturers tend to be a bit boring, but others are better.”
“Heffner, James and Simpson were EXCELLENT for what they were asked to teach.
Others were good. Class small. Facility excellent.
Book very informative with industry comparisons.”
“NBI service itself is very good. However, due to the nature of multi-state CLE's they tend to be overly broad with information. Most CLE's just give you a generalization of the topic as if you knew nothing.
I understand the necessity for this. However, I do wish they could add more multi state specific CLE's”
“I wish the seminars could be state specific for NY and California , the two largest bar associations. The general nature of the semibar is helpful but needs to be more specific”
