Have found their CLE Pass to be a very value for the price. I have more than gotten my investment back in seminars. What keeps NBI from getting a Five-Star rating is two issues: 1) Use of non-attorneys for some of the topics, although this issue is nowhere near as problematic as it was a few years back. Some of the non-attorneys used as presenters were of very poor quality. But the presenters have gotten much, much better and cannot remember a non-attorney presenter recently. 2) The topics seem to somewhat limited, primarily to probate, estate planning, business entities. have been asking for more diverse topics for a long-time. Finally saw two of my requests were scheduled, then came C-19. A BIG plus for NBI: Customer Service.

The information was good. I took the training as I transition into a director of special education position so a lot of what was said was things I know already but it put some of it in context of the law which was interesting. I thought both presenters were knowledgeable but a lot of overlap that could have been condensed. I know I purchased an audio training module, but it would have been nice there was video. The PPT packet was good, but it was hard to keep track of where the speakers were. The additional resources were nice as well. As for the company, it would be nice if you had different listserv for different job classifications as a lot of the MANY emails I have received already are not relevant to my position. I have already debated unsubscribing just do to the amount. (To my own fault, I haven’t looked to see if this is possible. If it is already, thank you!) All in all, I think the educational information available from NBI!

This seminar was very informative. However, there were network issues throughout the presentation which was distracting and annoying.

The program was easily accessible. It would be better to include more federal criminal trainings in the future.

As a CPA - I need CPE 40 hours a year; without the in-person classes of eight hours (not your fault I know) I am having difficulty finding online CPE in your system; a couple ones and twos here and there. I don't think I can find 30 or 40 one hour online sessions to attend by end of year 2020. Could you make the search feature easier to use for non CLE credits?

Three of the speakers were excellent and the fourth was not as good as the others. The material was excellent and comprehensive.

NBI has been great as a starting solo practitioner. There are informative webinars and additionally the forms library allows me to get a jump start on planning my legal career.

It's great to get my CLE credits in but would be a lot better if you had more content/panels from speakers in Georgia. I typically view Estate planning and real estate courses through your platform. Most of the ones you provide involve panelists from New England/NY/PA areas and they discuss laws/code sections specific to that state.

The CLE's that I have taken have been very informative and all of the speakers have been very knowledgable able the subject matter. I always enjoy their stories about different cases they have handled.

Very good and responsible customer service. Clearer information (or easier to find) on state credits and perhaps more courses on cross-border matters/international law,FCPA and legal issues affecting the life science sector.

The short classes, under 3 hours, are very useful and filled with practical and helpful information. The all day classes, around 6 hours, usually don't match the time commitment. Overall, the subscription is a good library and update tool. Although, I would appreciate a easier way to add notes to the course materials while listening to the presentations. (The subscription's limitations makes note taking unnecessarily duplicative and wasteful.) The subscription has been very helpful with providing updated information on COVID related statutes and changes.

All sessions were extremely useful. Especially liked the sessions presented by Gery N. from Erie, PA. I would suggest all speakers have a power point to go along with presentation.

A variety of topics (for both of my licenses), a variety of presentation styles (in person, web and phone), professional and well-prepared teachers/speakers and a bundled package for membership makes this a great CE offering for my money.

Last Thursday was my first time attending a seminar via NBI. While the communications part of the webinar itself was a little rocky at times, the classes were very informative.

I have been speaking at NBI attorney seminars for several years. I have particularly found the personnel at NBI quick to respond when I have had needs. I feel they are always helpful. I appreciate the marketing materials which are sent to me, as well as the helpfulness of the coordinators at the events. I would give NBI 5 stars except for the outlines provided me. Sometimes the outline items are difficult to work into the presentation.

I think the only parts I find a bit troubling are the power points that just have words. The stories are what get the point across, not reciting the law. For example, in the last webinar I attended, the lecturer used an example of her client, the artist, and all of a sudden everything she had been saying abstractly made sense. A picture is worth a thousand words, so I would urge your lecturers to find old Irving Younger tapes and watch how he teaches. He tells stories. As lawyers, we should all be masters at this since that's the only way we win in court and, really, the only way we win with our clients even in transaction work.
