Well done...Good presenters......Too many case reviews for one day..... The presenters did not respect the time agenda....??

I love the ease in ordering webinars. I feel the area of digital forensics should be broadened, allowing for more webinar options. My only critique after having attended several seminars is that between the presenters topics are being duplicated and seem somewhat repetitive. One individual on my most recent webinar had a bullet list of items to cover and she only covered 4/6 due to being long winded. I was very happy with the continued service after lunch/breaks.

NBI has a very good selection of continuing legal education courses. The on demand option is great for flexible scheduling. I wish NBI had an app for iPhones, which would simplify log in and listening on the go.

I like that they have hundreds and hundreds of topics to choose from. You can find exactly the course that you need. Plus it is very easy to use. From searching and ordering to viewing your seminar and submitting credit, NBI makes it simple and fast.

Service was easy to use, and the programming was informative. I ran into some technical issues with the video, but their customer service hotline was attentive and helped resolve the issue quickly.

There have been great courses. Very disappointment there is no entertainment law courses or CLE credit for a lot of IND courses I planned on taking.

We were scheduled to attend a video seminar but had trouble with screen skipping and freezing. After calling your staff she walked us through several attempts to remedy the problem and determined the problem was our internet connection. She then offered to transfer our fee to give us the course on demand. Good work, satisfied customer.

Enjoyed the presentation. Good format and contents. Did not receive credit for the presentation because I apparently missed the "indicator" . I actually was taking notes and not watching the presenter. hmb

TBH I'm wondering why I renewed this subscription. Its mostly to get my CPE and CLE at the same time, and to network. Without the in-person component there is little to no networking and I could get the online only much cheaper. NBI needs to recognize that the change in business model needs to be reflected in the price structure, or do something to make up for it. Even the YMCA put membership fees on hold during lockdown when they were not allowing in person visits to the gym.

I think the programs are very good. I wish I had more time to take them. I do wish I received 1-3 email notices a week from NBI rather than per day.
