“NBI Presentations have vastly improved since I firs began utilizing their product back about five years ago.
The level of presenters has gotten so much better, not relying on non-lawyers as much anymore, if at all.
The CLE Passport is a great deal.
Customer Service is top-notch, very helpful and address problems promptly.”
“The seminar was very thorough although many sections were still skipped which was disappointing, particularly if you signed up to specifically learn more about those topic areas. Most of the trainers were good presenters, elaborating on the slides and providing real world examples. The first presenter, however, simply read each slide which is a waste of time. I would definitely take another NBI course and suggest their training to others. In the future, it would be greatly appreciated NOT to suddenly have a deluge of NBI emails every day after the training.”
“NBI does a fine job with the scheduling and topic selections of its live webcasts.
Remote faculty (WFH) may become a norm. If so, I would recommend that faculty presenters (who are very much appreciated) double down on 1) speaking from a non-distracting background; 2) speak less from notes and more into the camera for better interface with the audience members; 3) not run out of time, thus shorthanding the last minutes of their part(s); and 4) spend some but less time sharing their personal/professional backgrounds (especially since the materials provide helpful bios). Speaking of which, the printable materials typically serve as very helpful reference sources going forward. Lastly, try not to increase the seminar fees more than nominally since current pricing can be a pinch during these budget cutting times. Thank you.”
“The information was relevant and informative. I would have liked a bit more time at the end for Q & A. Also, I would add a couple of extra breaks in when doing a virtual schedule as that is a lot of sitting at the computer screen.”
“I am enjoying the unlimited classes and the ease of registering for them and obtaining the materials, but I do wish there were better materials with samples and more Florida attorneys in the presentations. I am still noticing that experienced attorneys/presenters are not willing to share their techniques and strategies and provide their samples to help us along and that is a shame. Florida has very specific laws different from other states and cannot apply other state's policies/techniques to our situations. Overall, I highly recommend NBI to anyone who has a need to learn more in a specific focus area. Not all states accept the "on-demand" credits either. Wish with COVID that RI would accept more than 6 hours of credits per year. Thank you NBI for listening and for doing a great job!”
“Easy to sign up for, typically very helpful information and interesting speakers. Often some technical hiccups but that is to be expected. Have been satisfied with all courses I have purchased and appreciate the ease in having the CLE hours submitted in a timely fashion.”
“I am pleased with the service I've received from NBI; however, I can't give informed feedback at this time because I purchased an "On Demand" training which is scheduled for February 15th and the training will be available around February 25th.”
“recently attended an NBI webinar on personal injury. the speaker were great. the topic was fresh. the written materials were well-done. In short, I'll be back.”
