Bought the item as in stock paid for, to receive an email that is not on stock and will be send between 5-7 days depends on the item. Not sure if mean long wait or else.

Items shown as "ex-stock" were not in stock. I emailed back to ask if they could ship those items that were in stock & cancel the out of stock ones. No response & no items yet. So not very good

After ordering the lamps that were required urgently, I received a message two days later to advise that there was no stock. Very disappointed.

Said it would be a osram bulb but got sent a unbranded copy......they were happy for me to return for free but a load of hassle. a call and do you still want to order is better

tried to order lamps that were shown in stock then told they were obsolete from manufacturer, they should not have been advertised.

Yet to receive the order as the suppliers stock being shown on screen was incorrect. Nick was helpful when I called but I would have preferred the correct stock information when I placed the order. Hopefully the order won't be much longer....

I sent a mail for advice about which product to buy. I received a reply to a link for the item I needed. I ordered the item. Got a message saying part was out of stock. Woohoo.

Difficult to write a review, as, it being Wednesday and having been advised that product was despatched Monday, I still don't have them.

Postage very expensive considering such a small package a large box. Bulb was not the diameter I expected and it would be too expensive to return

The lights were described on the website and on the invoice as FROSTED. When they arrived I took one out of the box and was surprised to see how clear it was. They are labelled on the packaging as semi frosted. I really wanted WHITE FROSTED. Good not as described.

Having ordered some lamps from your website(160mercury blended) the order was accepted, only to be told later these were obsolete. Fair enough. So I looked for others which were not what I wanted but I could make do. I then saw250watt self ballasted lamps which were shown as in stock so I put in my order.Today I am told these are out of stock and I will be informed when they are available then that these are also obsolete. I realise this is not your doing but I am disappointed you are, sorry were, advertising these lamps for sale when this clearly was not so. What's more I have purchased an adaptor on the strength of this. R T Bean.
