paid for items then received a e mail that items out of stock so now have to wait for x amount of days for items to come that's if they can get items back in stock

After I ordered the bulbs I received an email message informing me that the bulbs were out of stock. Why was this not known at the time my order was accepted and confirmed?

Small order of replacement gu10 led bulbs. Although order accepted, apparently no stock - delay of approx 7working days. You should have indicated this at point of order.

Hi Thomas, Your order was currently out of stock, we did send you a email to give you a delivery date. Your order was sent out 1st October by Royalmail, delivery is 2-3days. What's the point of writing a review if I haven't had the goods. It would be better to be told an item is out of stock before I paid for it!!!!

Order Placed 22.6.15. Then advised goods not in stock. Replacement stock due 7th July. Still do not know when item will be delivered. Perhaps stock levels should be indicated before purchase and then buyer can take a more informed view on purchase.

Order accepted, payment made and told will be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Just received an e- mail to say the product is out of stock. No sure date of delivery or offer of refund. Surely this should have been known at time of purchase

I searched the web for 13 amp plug tops with handles, found this site, placed an order, and they took the money then emailed to say it's obsolete and sent a refund! Found them cheaper anyway elsewhere.

The reason for the low rating is that your system sends out this review invitation without reference to the order status. It assumes I will have received the order by now. I was told one item would have a supply delay of 5-7 days and asked it I wanted partial delivery. I said to hold for completion of order. That was never acknowledged, and I have to hope that is what will happen. But despite not having one item in stock, and not thus dispatching, you have nevertheless charged for the full order, while still holding it. This also needs improvement: you should charge when you are about to dispatch, and certainly not charge for something you haven't got in stock, and which will be delayed. So the idea is good, but the system needs improvement, I am afraid. I would ideally want to give a slightly less than neutral rating, but your review system has allowed only "Poor" as less than "Normal", and so I am afraid I have to rate this as "Poor". Some finesse to the review system needed there!

I made two orders with this company. I was very impressed with their stock list but on both occasions I received an email saying that the products I ordered weren't in stock and it would 5-7 days to receive them. There was no indication on the website that the items were not in stock and the company took my payment. This feels a little like sharp practice. I operate on a tight timeline and I need to know accurately when stock is available so I can let my Customers know. On both occasions I was left with egg on my face with these Customers. The first time I let it go, but the second time I cancelled the order. If I can't trust the supplier to deliver, I can't order from them.

i have placed 2 order with you on both occasion they out of stock 1st order i waited over 1month on delivery 2nd order is still outstanding
