I ordered the star night light. It looks very cheap the batteries don’t last more than a few nights not worth the money I should of returned it

Didn't answer the phone in a professional way and was told that "i am on the other phone i will call you back" but never did. I couldn't get through on the phone after that. Once i had returned the goods emails that i sent to make sure that the goods got back and how i would be credited were never answered or acknowledged. Very disappointing. Still haven't heard anything 08.02.2018.

Website said item was in stock, then received email to say ‘sorry item not in stock until end of May’. Had to get refund

I ordered a light fitting (ORDER No: NLC-0318-59982) from you on Sunday 4th March 2018 and I received your confirmation of order. Late on Friday 9th March 2018 I received a call to advise that you could not source the light fitting ordered. I feel this is very poor service, especially as Eterna had given me your contact details as a supplier who stocked these items. I have now had to track down another Eterna D143 on the internet. Hopefully this supplier will not waste a week of my time whilst I await the prompt dispatch of my order. I look forward to a refund when your accounts department opens on Monday morning.

Things went well to start with until we found the item to be faulty. After a call I was asked to return the item.It went in the post on Monday 26th Feb,today Wed 7th March we are still waiting for the replacement.

Although the tube reference was as ordered the length of the tube was 4mm longer than the existing. The tube would not fit into the appliance. Therefore the tube was unsuitable.

I ordered "warm white" bulbs and received daylight white. I can use these, so I will not be returning them, but they are of no use for the application I wanted.

I ordered a heater which was in stock, only to get an email its out of stock 5-7 working days...to my surprise the heater turned up 4 days later but when i opening up the box the elements where broken, I emailed and called the National Lamps to be told to take pictures of the broken heater elements and they would send new ones for which I had no idea how fit these (I am not a electrician), and this was a brand new heater. On a positive note I asked for full refund and it was in my account within 2 days, and no need to send broken heater back.

Whole delivery held up due to one item. Took a week to find out. Then a further 2-3 days delivery. They should have shipped first and then asked if o.k. to back order.

Paid £15.95 for a bulb, the website price, but when it arrived the catalogue in with the order showed the price to be £11.95. No refund given when I grumbled, not even a small goodwill gesture

What I was sent was not what I ordered. It was similar. However, the product ordered was shown as ‘in stock’, when the order was placed. I was not contacted, prior to dispatch, to check whether I was ok to accept an alternative. Had the alternative matched the specification of the product ordered, I would be less concerned. I could have bought the product supplied for a cheaper price elsewhere!

I received the bulbs but they were not what I ordered. I was supplied with alternative brand. There is a reason I wanted the the ones I had ordered as the flush into a particular housing in the ceiling. Now I have been provided bulbs that protrude from the ceiling.

I ordered online as I was told when I phoned that the delivery charges would be more if they took a phone order (not sure of that logic). I had also quoted the item number (having already looked online) and was quoted an amount per item much more than was listed. When I queried this, the man sounded rather flustered and then confirmed the online price. After ordering 10 lamps online which were shown as 'in stock', and paid for the them, I later got an email saying there was insufficient stock and would be sent as soon as available. However, they did offer to send a part-order of 3 in the meantime, which I'm waiting to arrive, which is better than last time. I previously ordered lampholders on the phone which I've had problems locating elsewhere, only to be told after the event that they were out of stock, and in fact took getting on for 2 weeks to arrive. I chased on at least 2 occasions.
