I bought toilet seat soft close paid £76.95 it came in bashed box and the soft close cylinders were loose in box and does not work and is NOT fit for purpose I emailed, telephoned and wrote letter several times to no avail, then I got in touch with credit card company and then they sent letter to say send back perfect etc. etc. and track and insure the same - I have never dealt with such a terrible company I would certainly stay clear of this company especially if you wish to have a refund

Terrible, terrible customer support. I purchased a mirror that arrived in pieces, I got in touch immediately as requested, one month later still No answer. I call twice them per week, still have not got any answers.

Awful service. Don’t use. They sent the wrong item. Wouldn’t collect. Haven’t returned my money. Called them over 10 times. Spoken to Mike, Edward, Barry and Kim in their office. They all promise to do something and then nothing happens. Haven’t responded to emails. 4 months later I’m having to take legal action.

Website is not working properly. Even thought I selected a complete vanity unit I was only given the price for the basin without knowing it. Now I have to pay for both deliveries for their mistake. Finally, the return form "conveniently" is not on their website. Not using them ever again.

Confirmed toilet seats in stock for swift delivery. Two weeks later after 3 phone calls I cancelled the order by email and purchased elsewhere. Then they sent the order! Returned immediately following thier strict returns proceedure and still awaiting refiund one month later despite chasing. Emails come back 'Small backlog' Issue Resolved. It is NOT resolved. Nightmare. Avoid.

They might seem cheap, but be warned, the prices look cheap for a reason. They are actually only selling you a part of what you think you have ordered, and then you only find out after they eventually deliver it (IF they deliver it) why it was so cheap - because you have to order the other bits that you thought you'd already paid for as a new separate order, making it more expensive than other options. And that's when you discover that the customer service is just as appalling as their business ethics. They lie through their back teeth saying that stuff is in stock and can be delivered by the end of the week, and then when you call to find out where the stuff is they say that they're still waiting for delivery of it themselves (even though you double checked when you ordered it that it was allegedly 'in stock'). Then, weeks later, when it still hasn't been delivered, they come up with a never-ending series of lame excuses. Clearly from the other reviews this is not a one-off, it's how they do, what they laughingly call, "business". Avoid at all costs. And then avoid again. You have been warned.

Wrong advice given about which shower enclosure fits which shower tray resulting in incompatible items supplied. No response to complaint and no action to rectify. Bathroom out of action. Appalling service.

I’d give 0 stars if I had the option. This company owes me over £2000! For an order that I cancelled in December, as they couldn’t deliver the items when they said they would. I have been fighting for a refund ever since. They promise the world over the phone and again don’t deliver. They ignore ALL emails, which is convenient! Absolute bunch of con artists. I don’t understand the positive reviews, all I can think is that they are fake!

Shower tray badly warped, trying to return but just getting ignored, won’t refund without having the tray back but still not collected it after agreeing to, that in my eyes is the same as theft

They delivered the wrong item then refused to refund. 3 months of deflected phone calls and unanswered emails, will have to get trading standards involved. AVOID

Really bad customer service ?ordered a shower tray right hand as pictured. A left hand tray was sent by nationwide bathrooms they would not accept that were wrong i emailed the ceo and and went through the way to complain ith no response to date got fed up waiting with a bathroom incomplete .sold the tray on for less money and thought I would leave a review (AVOID THIS COMPANY)

Ordered two tavistock bath panels, first arrived damaged and I was returned it, second order was cancelled and refunded. UNFORTUNATELY FOR THE FIRST ONE UNTIL TODAY I DIDN'T RECIEVED REFUND!!! ZERO CONTACT OR INFO FROM THE SELLER. SCAM!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

My order submitted on 24 November apparently was not in stock, however the company didn't bother telling me until 11 January - and only after several emails to chase them up! I'm still waiting for my refund 5 February.

This company is a joke!! I’ve waited 4 months for an item!! Or a refund!! Still received neither!! I ordered the same item from bathroom supastores received it within a week! An yet I still can get a refund after 4 months of waiting on nationwide bathrooms!! Honestly buy elsewhere!!

Worst company i have ever dealt with! Buyers beware. Deliveries atrocious, promises are not kept, no apologies and refunds not made as per their terms and conditions. Thankfully i have paid on a credit card and have section 75 protection.

Today is the 9th January 2021. I received my order in early December and despite having spoken to Nationwide Bathroom twice and emailing since 10/12/2020, customer support are yet to respond. I am trying to get an item returned! I will not be buying from Nationwide Bathroom again due to extremely bad customer service.

Exceptionally bad customer service, avoid this company! Ordered a chrome flush pipe set that wasn't going to fit properly so needed to return. Their website states that you must request via email an RMA goods return form before sending the item back. A company representative confirmed this when I made a telephone call. I sent email requests on the 19/12, 21/12 and 23/12 to the support email address and still no response!

Don’t use this company. I had 2 toilet seats delivered that did not match the description on Nationwide bathrooms website. It took many many frustrating phone calls to eventually get them to arrange collection. Don’t bother emailing them you just get a message back from them saying that they have exceptional customer service and then you get nothing nothing. After Collection it took many more phone calls to get them to issue a refund. Be warned steer clear !!!!!!
