Continual untruths of when goods were sent. Sales person Edward avoiding calling back! A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience!

I ordered a cistern. Nationwide sent wrong item. No returns paperwork inside. Contact number they gave on the receipt was a premium number resulting in a phone bill of £20. After countless calls and ridiculous excuses the company finally collected the cistern. That was well over 2 weeks ago. Nationwide bathrooms still have my £397 and had to threaten them with legal action. Please please please avoid buying from them. Worst company I have ever come into contact with.

I ordered a shower screen 2 weeks ago and since I haven’t had any delivery date off them and they won’t answer any emails I’ve sent, I’ve cancelled my order and started a dispute claim with Pay Pal they won’t even answer the deputed claim either

TERRIBLE service all round. No refund - just get ignored, now having to take them to court for a refund. Crooks just take your money then never return for any genuine reason. Avoid this company or any of its other company names it uses!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! if you wish to cancel your order, complain about late delivery or faulty items customer service is no existent. They never reply to any emails and never follow up on any phone calls. Extremely un professional and don't even deserve 1 * We have been waiting nearly 3 months for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Reading all the other 1 star ratings I have seen a theme! Especially as my 1 star rating is for the very same reason. Ordered a shower tray on the 19/11/20, we rang before ordering to make sure they had stock to which they said 4 in stock and delivery would be 3-5 working days. Order was placed, still waiting! So come the 30/11/20 (7 working days later) a van from Barnsley showed up outside our house, so we thought its here. Waited and waited and waited still no knock or ring on the door. Look outside to see the driver about to drive off, I asked him was he dropping off a shower tray to which he replied yes. However the tray was not on the van. Basically had I not gone out to talk to him we would still be waiting unaware of the issue. So I rang them to which they said they needed to wait for the driver to return before working out what happened, even though I told them, they said they would get back to me. They never rang back for 1 and half days, so I rang, they said they have lost the tray and they have ordered one coming Wednesday, and delivery I was guaranteed will be by today (Friday 4/12/20). We I rang them at 11.30 today to which they said no it won't be until next week for delivery, because they received it late Wednesday. On their site they say 30 years experience in the industry!!!! 30 years and they still can't sort out customer service and deliveries!!!! Very, very, very poor service I have never dealt with such a bad company regarding service and delivery before. As with all the other reviews I would not advise using this company and had I read the reviews I would not have either. It was a call we made as they said they could deliver the tray earlier than anyone else. I will never use this company.

Buyer beware. I ordered a product which was apparently available on the website, only to find it wasn't in stock. I cancelled the order after a 2 week wait and 2 weeks later I am still trying to get a refund. It's hard to get through by phone and they rarely reply to emails.

Before business hours on Monday 9th November, I placed an order online for a vanity unit and asked for a delivery date at the same time by e-mail. Despite their e-mail auto-responder claiming they would respond within 24 hours, I didn't receive a response. I understand there is a pandemic at present so was happy to wait longer, however, I had still not received a response by end of business on Friday which concerned me. If they can't respond to a simple delivery ETA, how will they respond if something goes wrong? Therefore, on Friday 13th I e-mailed and requested cancellation of the order, as my plumber was due to arrive on Monday 16th so instead decided to buy one locally from B&Q. Coincidently, on the morning of Saturday 14th, they responded to the e-mail I sent on Friday stating that the order was in their dispatch bay. I wrote back again requesting cancellation, but then, they claimed it had already been dispatched and would not be delivered to me till Tuesday 17th. I had received no order update or dispatch notification by e-mail. They refused to provide the name of the courier or a tracking number as proof of dispatch. It was clear that the order had not been dispatched and they had no desire to cancel the order at all as they didn't want to lose the sale. I kindly requested cancellation of the order again via e-mail and by PayPal. They called me on Monday 16th asking if I still wanted the order to be delivered. I again asked them to cancel it. They said they would cancel it and they would provide a refund through PayPal. It's now Saturday 21st and I have still not received a refund. I have now opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back. They have appalling customer service - I'd advise you not to order from them.

Needed to cancel order after delivery date altered and greatly delayed. Despite numerous emails to cancel have not heard anything back re cancellation confirmation and refund.

Ordered toilet seat 11/10/20 still not received despite 2 phone calls and being told each time it would be sent out immediately. They have however been very quick to take my money. Absolutely disgusting.

What ever you do, do not use this company you will not receive you goods or refund and they will completely waste your time and lie to you continuously, they have no idea about customer service

Unfortunately even in these COVID restricted times they are totally inflexible on their return/replacement policy. Not a pleasant experience. Consequently left with a ‘non fit for purpose’, toilet.

Don’t buy from here - order from Victoria plumb. I saved £50 but will end up paying an extra £100 to get it fitted later. I ordered a sink on the 2nd October, when I phoned to check it would be delivered in time for my project o was till it would arrive on the 12th October. I phoned on the 12th and was told it’s would be Thursday/ Friday. I phoned on Wednesday to confirm it would be there for Thursday I was assured it was. The sink eventually arrived but less times of 2 weeks just isn’t good enough.

Shame its not possible to give no stars! THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE DEALT WITH I have used a few online bathroom retailers over the past couple of weeks with no issues but have had nothing but trouble with my one order from this company. Issues with availability, very difficult to actually speak to anyone about the issues, they don't seem to know what stock they do and don't have. I requested a full refund for bath and toilet but they assured me they could supply the bath but when it arrived the order was incomplete, no panel! I am not confident that they will ever be able to supply this so sent the incomplete order away. I am now told that I may have to wait 14 days for a refund despite their error!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. I ordered a Heritage oak toilet seat. It was delivered promptly but it was damaged and had a cracked set. I emailed their customer support and was advised that they would send another one from the manufacturer. I heard nothing for 3 weeks and emailed them again to be told that they were still waiting for one to come in from the manufacturer. 2.5 weeks later I still hadn't heard rom them so emailed them yet again and requested a refund. They ignored this request and I was told that they should receive it into them the beginning of the following week and would send it out straight away. I chased them again 8 days later and received email saying exactly the same thing. I placed my order on 16th August and am still waiting for my toilet seat or a refund.

I purchase items at the end of August, after several telephone calls and the promise of failed deliveries, and the inability to cancel my order on the first attempt, I wait in anticipation to see if you can actually refund my money in a timely manner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
