Ordered a shower enclosure for £746.20 which was discontinued, so they could not supply it. After more than 6 weeks they have not refunded me, they ignore all emails and are still falsely advertising the same product for sale. They still have my money and there is no sign of it being returned.

Initial order and part delivery was ok but there was an item to follow that never arrived. Sent emails without responses so after 2 weeks tried the phone, in 30 minutes i went from caller 3 to caller 2. Absolutely no after care and as a bathroom installer of 30 bathrooms a year I was trying using these companies but this is the last order I will be placing with them, back to my usual merchant who may be slightly more expensive but the after care is second to non. My advice pay a bit more and use a merchants.

worst people that you can deal with bunch of crooks didnt need an item spent 189 pounds and they wont give me my money back. Never dealing with them again, made the complaint to the ceo nothing from him bunch of crokks.

This has to one ot the worst organisations I have ever had to deal with. Ordered an item 10 Aug. It arrived incomplete some 20 days later. E-mailed as requested by Nationwide to outline the problem and they state that they will respond the day after. No response. Have had to telephone 7 times and on one occasion I gave up after waiting 30 mins for a response. Finally got agreement for the incomplete part of the order to be delivered on a Thursday or Friday. Then discovered by chasing again (they didn't have the decency to contact me) that they could only deliver the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Appalling Customer Service. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely dreadful: ages to get our order and what they have sent us are the wrong things. I have to arrange to send items back myself. They don't return your calls and don't answer your questions on email. Turns out what was on their website was not actually available so they just sent me something entirely different and half the price and then acted like that should be acceptable! If you have any other option available to you, do not use this company.

What a totally SHOCKING and DISAPPOINTING experience dealing with this company has been! I ordered a Crosswater shower tray on Aug 12th online and it is now 16.45pm on September 4th and the tray is still not with me. Why are they advertising products which are clearly not available on their website and why was there no indication at the point of purchase about this or that it might take longer than expected to arrive. They were quick enough to take the £304 out of my bank on Aug 12 and I have had to incur futher costs as a result of cancelling a plumber and tiler who were booked to install this on Aug 27/28th. I have had to call them whilst on holiday in Turkey, I have emailed them and received no response, and I am currently waiting to speak with them after some 26 minutes waiting for a representative to become available. What a shambolic experience and I am still no nearer finding out where this tray is, when they might receive it or when I can re-book a plumber and tiler to come and do the job. The customer clearly does not come first with Nationwide Bathrooms and their total lack of communication and courtesy, coupled with their uncertainty as to when this tray might arrive at my house, has made for a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer. I called on Tuesday this week and was told it would be with them that day and so with me later this week. Guess what, after some 26 minutes of waiting on the phone, they inform me that in fact it arrived today, and so will be with me next Tuesday/Weds as they can see it's a priority! Priority!! Next Weds is Sept 9th - nearly a whole month since I ordered the tray, if it's that much of a priority they should put it on a van today so it's with me tomorrow. Never again Nationwide, never again.

*BEWARE!* Owed money by this company - look elsewhere!* I need to start by saying that I've never left a one-star review for any company, restaurant, hotel or other business anywhere, ever. Why? Because I don't like harming people's businesses. I believe that if you are unhappy then you can almost always resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Sadly, despite my very best efforts, this has not been the case with Nationwide Bathrooms. At the time of writing - they have not refunded me money they owe me and are ignoring all messages, emails, letters calls etc. The sorry story started when I ordered a bath from them. This was in two parts - the bath and the bath panel. Initially the bath arrived without the panel (this was an annoying surprise but never mind... it would come). Three weeks later it arrived ... broken. I contacted Nationwide Bathrooms to order a replacement. They asked for photos of the broken panel. I sent them, then heard nothing. I chased again. They asked for more photos. I sent them, then nothing. Meanwhile my plumbers were waiting to fit the panel and I had to rebook them (twice) at my own expense. For the next ten days I emailed and phoned Nationwide Bathrooms most days. My emails were ignored whilst on the phone I kept being told that someone would phone me back. They didn't. This saga became more and more stressful as it went on.Eventually, ignored and desperate, I sent two letters by Recorded Delivery. Again, I heard nothing. This culminated in a phone call in which the Managing Director of Galco Enterprises (which owns Nationwide Bathrooms) told me that I would never receive my bath panel. He then hung up on me. Since then I've emailed, called and submitted a request via their own website for a refund. ALL IGNORED. Luckily the law is on my side and they will have no option but to reply to me when they receive 21 days' notice from HM Government's Insolvency Service following the submission of a Statutory Demand. They've picked on the the wrong person this time ... don't let the next one be you! You have been warned.

Failure to return calls or e mails, this firm is shocking if I could give minus 5 I would. AVOID I know some staff personally by name but despite calls and e mails there has been no tangible progress 6 weeks later !

Not even one star! The WORST customer service I have ever received. Rude, incompetent staff and 21 days for delivery, NOT 2-5 as stated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Avoid this company, worst experience I have ever had. Delayed order that was exasperated by constant lies about delivery that never occurred. All emails ignored, staff couldn't care less, an attitude that stems from the top. Over 20 phone calls to them were met with blatant lies. Timewasters, I had to cancel order then forced to open a dispute with Paypal to get a refund. Company is a disgrace..

Over 7 days of regular calls to the company and with a representative telling me he would phone me back. Guess what, he hung up on me today! My goods not delivered due to fault of yours and everybody ignoring my mails and calls. My works scheduled to start on Saturday and I cannot even get anybody to speak to me. Total disgrace!!!

Refused my return claiming the outer box was damaged. Didn't even check inside to see the actual path panel. I wasn't update to say this had happened. I'd been waiting for over two weeks. Had to ring them myself to find all of this out. The person I'd spoken to over the phone was rude, dismissive and sarcastic. Avoid this retailer like Covid-19. Extremely poor service all round. The company is a joke. Needs a lot of improvement. Having looked at the reviews it's clear this situation is not uncommon. I've emailed the ombudsman already.

Absolute disgrace. No communication. No customer service. Unable to fulfill orders Over 2 months I have been waiting for delivery for a shower tray, constantly told itll be with you next week. Its not our fault.  Issues with supplier, COVID restrictions,  all very much understandable, but to continuously 'string' us along to say itll be here with us 'next week'. Bearing in mind I didnt get any communication off yourselves, myself and my partner had to chase this at least twice weekly, phone calls and emails. To which we were told - we will phone you back and update you - never once happened!! Then you ask if we would like an alternative, not a problem I guess we'll have a different one - obviously not the one I wanted. But I thought yes ok, resonable if they are unable to deliver the product I wanted then I dont mind having to change, As I need my bathroom finishing (last month).  Then to go charge me the difference of +£120 for being unable to supply the product I wanted in the first place. Unforgivable. Will be advising everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Worst company I've ever bought a product off. (Well tried) A call off the manager or director would be appreciated, but seeing how the call handlers are unablee to call us with updates I know this is as likely as Aston Villa staying in the Premier league and winning it next season.

Absolutely shocking service. Paid for a toilet including cistern and toilet seat. Item were delivered 15 days later with the exception of the toilet seat. When I followed this up with the Customer Services team, I was called by a Mike Gallagher who claimed to be the owner of the business and suggested the toilet seat had not been paid for despite the fact that the toilet seat was clearly listed on the order confirmation and attempted to charge me a further £74. Having got nowhere with the so called "Customer Services Team" I decided to cancel the order and have requested that Nationwide Bathrooms collect the goods. I am not holding much hope of a refund. A "Del Boy" outfit at best!!! Avoid like COVID-19
