big mistake - ordered and no delivery or communication - going through paypal to get refund

Service is shocking. Had to chase order to be told it was no longer in production . Ordered an alternative. Had to chase multiple times and despite an eventual assurance goods would be despatched within days nothing happened. After 8 weeks cancelled order and now trying to get a refund but they are not responding to my emails. Having looked at the reviews I appear not to be alone with others having the same issues.

Do not order from this company. Took 5 deliveries for my order to be completed and a total of nine weeks. This company never answer the phone, the recorded message says that you are 2nd maybe 3rd in the queue, when in fact 30 mins later you are still left holding on the phone. Please do not fall for this scam like I have, whilst the telephone number starts with 08 numbers it is not a free call. I have just realised that I have run up a phone bill charge of £55.65 having phoned them on numerous occasions and nobody answers. This company is a complete shambles and they need to be taken to task by trading standards. Disgusting, do not buy from them, you will be sorry if you do.

Claim to have stock, take payment. Then you wait, emails ignored... Call them and they sound surprised you haven't been contacted. They claim they will refund you as unable to supply. Refund? Like hell ... I got my money back through credit card. So many reviews like mine. Why the hell aren't Trading Standards on their case? Downright dishonest

If you are reading this then it is probably already too late. Pre-sales responses are great. Once they have your money it is like pulling teeth. None of these email addresses will respond to you: customerservices@nationwidebathrooms.com - automated only sales@nationwidebathrooms.com warehouse@nationwidebathrooms.com support@nationwidebathrooms.com As soon as the first delivery time was breached edward@nationwidebathrooms.com also stopped responding. Multiple promises about delivery from selectbathroomsbarnsley@googlemail.com which never happens. They will not refund you, claiming the item is out for delivery but the delivery never arrives. Contact numbers for this company like 01226 779955 / 01226 779912 have automated responses that your call is out of hours, regardless of the time you phone them. I could not confirm that the company belongs to a trade association or the (ADR) alternative dispute resolution. It makes dealing with them very difficult. If you have not yet been caught then just walk away.

Dreadful company. Ordered a sink and chased for 12 days, no updates, in the end had to cancel the order. Avoid at all costs

Why does this company NEVER EVER answer their phones, waited 6 weeks for an order, then it was sent incorrectly and now I have been trying to phone them for 3 WEEKS spent hours and hours just holding on the phone. They don’t answer emails or phone calls, so frustrating 😡😡😡😡😡and seer the phones and reply to your emails please, I am stuck with the wrong item.

Read all the other REVEIWS!!! No customer service, not even had an email to say they have received my order after 2 weeks, and cannot get any reply or a phone call answered. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This has got to be a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. They took my money, delivered the incorrect, useless goods, don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, don't answer their own customer services request form. They basically robbed me of nearly £400

Fairly non existent communication. After emailing them the first time two weeks on, was promised items would be delivered. Items failed to arrive and now even the sparse email communication has ceased. Cancelled order, requested refund in full. No response. To add insult to injury, contacted the manufacturer direct (that NB.com advised were still awaiting delivery of) and was advised that not only is the item in stock with them and could be arranged within 7days, but that NB.com is not an authorised retailer of their goods. Buyer Beware!

I could leave 0 if I could. I have paid for the basin. Unfortunately the size was wrong. I have paid £145.95. I sent the item back but unfortunately put their address in the box. Company now refuses to refund my money because apparently they can’t sell it any more. Bear in mind there is nothing wrong with the sink. I asked them to send it back to me. I don’t understand why should I waste 145£. I can sell it myself. They refuse to contact me back or respond to me to resolve this amicable. Shocking customer service. This is called theft.

Taken money but impossible to get a response or a phone call back! Diabolical isn’t the word for this company!! I’ve been trying over a week to speak to someone! I’m caller number 3 for hours and hours, I wonder if it’s taking them a day to resolve one problem, I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

Awful company, take your money, don't contact you, don't respond, misleading, don't send everything out. Won't give refund. I can't stress enough how bad of a company these are, do not use!

My order was cancelled as you were unable to supply the item, but two months on I am still waiting for my refund. They have not replied to my emails. I managed to speak to someone once, who told me it would be refunded by the end of that week - but I am still waiting. Very poor!

my experience has been appalling , i ordered a toilet seat 4 and half months ago and i hadn't heard anything for 3 months so i phoned up and they told me , yes we have it we will be dispatching it in a few days it is now 4 and half months and i haven't received anything as i write this review i am on hold to speak to them and i have been on the phone for 25 minutes , i am going to say that i want a refund immediately , worst experience i have had .

Ordered a Heritage Penrose bath from you in November. The item was discontinued. We are still waiting for our refund from you 04/01/2023. Customer service is very poor. Been pushed from pillow to post several times when I ring. Been told several times that the refund was coming. This is DISGRACEFULK. WILL NOT USE AGAIN!!!!!

Ordered 4 items 1/11/22 paid 839 pounds 2/11/22 advised via phone 2 items discontinued and it was suggested by Nationwide that I would be refunded the full amount which I accepted. I will not bore you with how many times I have contacted this firm but it is now 22nd December (51 days) No money No response

I received an order of a Laufen toilet roll but the fixings were missing from the package. i have written 3 emails to the support email via the www and form outlook. i have received zero as in 0 replies. the phone says contact support...doe it exist? very poor service in fact zero service. i have asked to send it back without any response, i don't want to i want to keep thhe toilet roll holder
